For the past years of my life, I understood that some people bear the responsibility of the past and feel forced to make choices for their present and their future… not only their owns, but also their beloved ones. Yet some choose to be good …and to be someone who wipes other people's tears and fears; yet, some other choose to be bad and be the fear of others. The fight between the good and bad lead the world since its birth. They say good always wins, that's why many people choose to be good…. Or at least PRETEND to be …
Ah …I forgot, there might be a third set of people …those who are neither good nor bad!! Those who walk their ways and do whatever it is needed… be it good or bad!!! This is the worst category in the eyes of people, because they are UNEXPECTED …
"Forget and walk forward" is a condemnation sentence our beloved ones keep saying when seeing us struggle against life challenges. I … consider it a condemnation as one should suppress his anguish and suffering to not be BURDEN on their beloved ones. I shouldn't sigh, cry or even look pathetic in front of others. I'd always thought this way and I'd always had this this understanding of "my beloved ones"… until I met her!!
Now I am telling the same sentence … "Forget and walk forward" and I'm wondering now "I'm I condemning her?" ….
Scene 3: in BB Company
Amie comes into the company's entrance hall, .. a wide place where many people dressed up and wearing formal suits …everyone is busy looking here and there, chatting with friends, some laugh, others frown, others are confused.
When Amie steps forwards to the front desk to ask about the place to submit the documents, a loud earsplitting scream breaks out. People look around scared ….wondering what is going on. Amie takes a shadow place and hides herself to observe the situation.
Many steps forward, an armed man keeps young woman as hostage... the girl is a rich- like girl with a childish mood and behavior. Her well brushed wavy black short hair bespeaks of the wealth she waste on it… with grey dumb eyes which show the beauty and the good genes inherited from her ancestors. The man started shouting at the company's hall:
"come out now...I know you are here!!".
People muttered wondering: what is going on, let's call the police!! What shall we do...?
At that moment, some highly ranked men with formal suits showed up with their bodyguards, they might be directors or from the higher hierarchy of the company; other squads of bodyguards spread out of the place closing the entrance.
A man introduces himself as the general secretary of this Company, Mr Ow. "Please calm down and let's speak. Please free the hostage and let's talk".
The armed man shaking: I don't want to talk with you, I want to talk with the new owner of the company.
The old man who came with assistant Ow stares at him and says: the new CEO will not come today. Let me introduce myself, I am...
The man interrupts him: "shut your mouth!!! I already know you, I worked for so many years here to know you well, and I already know he will come today.."
Amie observes the situation well and then muttered to herself: "the police will take care of this". She intends to leave while she hears someone shouting "SIDA aaa" "Let her go, you bastard!! Don't you know who she is!!!
The voice of the girl shouting sounded warm in the ears of Amie and it made her heart hurt and sad … the name "Sida' sounded so nostalgic... She turned up to the scene,. Where an elegant, beautiful young lady came followed by bodyguards, accompanied with an old man on wheel-chair and another young man staring at his phone (he is sending messages to someone).
The girl is an elegant, beautiful young lady in her twenties.. with long straight brown hair... with her black eyes, long neck with a star like necklace... she has white skin glowing out of the elegant and expensive clothes she is wearing.
The old man on the other hand, seems weak in his body… an Oldman in his 70s … on wheelchair.. Although his illness is reflected on his tired and fallen eyelids, his wrinkles explain the many years of struggle... the number of the white hair strands on his head counts the number of sleepless nights and suffering days.. The dark areas under his eyes tell stories of sorrow and sadness…Yet, his rich countenance and expensive suit gives some youth vibes…he seems an Oldman with a good heart.
Amie looks to these people, and something hurts deep in her heart.. she hesitates in leaving the place .. she looks amazed, dazzled …everything is a mess in her mind.. "why... Why!!!" She murmured...
Sida shouts: Don't worry about me grandpa, Sila …you too don't worry, this man treats me well..
The name Sila falls like a thunder in the mind of Amie.. and her eyes filled with tears.. she looked around for a while, then looked disappointed. She closes her eyes, snuggled and rubbed along!! She wears her black mask again and her black sunglasses and decided to leave the place.. it gives her much pressure to stay here where she does not know what to do!! But wait:
" if I leave! what would happen to Jay ?!" Won't she be fired for not accomplishing her work? But isn't this case so special? She wondered? The situation is dangerous and it is very normal to anybody to run away!! Yes ..yes.. After the situation calms down I'm going to come back.. yes yes. !!
She turned towards the company's gates to leave, while Sida screams ..Amie and everyone turns to her surprised …when two other armed men appear holding real guns.
"It is so dangerous, please leave, grandpa, sila, Arry .. please take everyone and leave" these men seem to be serious"
The old man advances a bit and asks: " I am Korry Akman, the new owner and the chairman of this company, who are you? And why do you keep my grand daughter as hostage? What do you need.
The man who was shaking at first: "ooh, is she the heiress of this company? What a coincidence!! I did not expect that I am lucky today!! He speaks to his partners "Look, we have a treasure in our hands" ( they laugh) "let's leave and take our gem with us" the bodyguards square off to attack while Arry (the man who was texting someone) gives a signal to them to wait his order.
Amie looks around the place as if she is trying to analyze the place. "If I attack from behind? The man at left could attack the beautiful lady, if I attack from the right, the old man will be shot!! They know what they do.. hum mm I need help, but the police are late. I should gain some time for them. But what if they come late? Did they call the police?" She looks to Arry who is holding a mobile phone and keeps messaging …and she says: there must be a plan .. But we still have no time.. if they leave from this yard, they won't be able to save the girl!!
She thinks and looks to Jay's documents!! Then she moves forwards towards the man.. she acts like reading the documents and advances like a fool until she bumps into the man who took Sida as hostage .. the man looks with scary gazes trying to fright Amie.
Amie looks deep in his eyes with cold eyes and face, no fear and not scared at all as if she lived more scarier scenes in her life.. her heart did not feel a bit of fear and she was not frightened at all, the man saw the coldness of her heart through the dark glasses, he wondered "who is she?"..
Amie thinks that this man is not here for causing problems or to discuss issues with them.. they are deliberately sent here to kill people.. then she thinks : "I need to take care of this at once, no time for police, they might have calculated everything since the beginning. At least I have called the police to wrap up the case.. this will give me time to secretly leave the place. I don't want them to know who I am. (These last words she said made her feel sad for a while, as if she deeply wanted to look at the other party's faces .. but she had no time).
The man: who are you, what are you doing here!! Kill her!!
Amie pulls off her glasses and coughs and looked to him in a dump face "please can you tell where can submit these documents??
The man (surprised): Are you kidding me? Do u think these guns are toys!!!
The old man and Sila look attentively and surprised and somehow happy and trying to look to the face of that girl.
Only Sida looked her in eyes, she was amazed and confused and a bit disappointed.
AMIE to the man: are these really real guns? Her face became as cold as the first time which made the man confused again, her looks are scary, "she has no fear at all" (he murmured) .. at this moment Amie surprised him with a move, she deliberately hits Sida in her feet which made her loose her balance and became a burden for the man, he let her fall-down on the ground to take care of Amie, but Amie surprised him with a move from behind…he says: how did she..??! She hold his hands with the gun from him and says: we gonna try this now.. is it real or a toy!!
Everyone looked Amazed including the two other men, Amie shoot (without touching the gun to not let her fingerprints) the one in the left and turns directly to shoot the one in the right. She did not kill them as they were not real bullets, but shoot them in arms and foot which made them useless and injured!
The old men says happily: her shooting is so accurate!! I AM HAPPY TO SEE HER AGAIN.
Amie looks to Arry while he took the gun from his bodyguard's hand and shoot a fourth man hiding in the crowd of people. Everyone shouts and tries to run away.. During this mess, Amie hits the kidnapping man and left him down on the ground then she went out through the company's parking lot.
The police arrives and tries to calm down people... Sida goes limping and hugged her grandpa and Sila too. Arry looks around to see where Amie is, but she has already left. He sends a message "the target left" and then goes to help the police.
Sida: 'grandpa, Sila ....you know I looked in her eyes, she did not recognize me.. she seems very different, very cold more than she was in the past.. she is not the Ludy we know.' Sila looks disappointed and runs to leave. The grandpa looked to Sila and signals to his bodyguard to help him with the wheelchair and followed her.
The past is ghost!! Once it haunts you, you won't be able to let it go … in people's mind, those who chose to be good, forget and walk forward; and those who chose to be bad cling to the past.
"Is this girl a part of Akman's Past? Or is she a passerby in their past who is doing what should be done!! Is she good or bad" Arry was thinking!! " Kadi did you really miss this ??!!"
