Ch - 16 Becoming an Angel
[ The most beautiful and strongest woman in Heaven has joined the chat group.] ( Guess who?)
[ The bringer of Morning light/star has joined the chat group ] (This one is obvious)
Raghav - "Oh! An angel and a Devil. Quite a duo honestly."
Gabriel - "Woah! I always wanted to be a part of group chat."
Athena - "I feel you. Having a higher status is really difficult sometimes. Some don't even look at you, fearing you will kill them."
Gabriel - "Aww I totally feel you."
Lucifer - "Huh, Gabriel! it's been a while since I last talked to you sister."
Gabriel - "Indeed! Who told you to rebel? now I can't even meet my brother..."
Wukong - "Incest?"
Raghav - "Nooooo! Who told you that word? And wait let me tell you what is this group chat. I wonder why you didn't ask about it."
Then Raghav explained everything about the group chat and how there are different Gods and mythologies. Both Gabriel and Lucifer were shocked to know about this. It took them few minutes to digest everything and get normal.
Lucifer - "So such things exist, hmm Interesting."
Gabriel - "Yey! I can make new friends now!"
Thor - "So what kind of Gods are you both? like what is your divinity?"
Gabriel - "We are not gods but Angels....Umm I am an angel and my brother is devil."
Thor - "Interesting. Strongest women you are, so something like a Valkyrie?"
Raghav sighed as the chat kept moving. He now has two new members and both are quite popular as well. Gabriel has a jolly personality who like everything and Lucifer has this mysterious guy vibe. Maybe he is more of calculative person?
Raghav - "Show me, Status"

Raghav looked at his status and was quite satisfied with it. He was at the level where he could match gods, at least those who are at lower level, easily. He then noticed that there was a (+) sign in front of his race. He clicked it to find options available for him to upgrade his race.
[ Angel - Carry the power of light and holy energy. The power can be represented by the number of wings. You can get Divinities according to your character. ]
[ Devil - Carry the power of Dark and negative energy. The power can be represented by number of horns. You will represent a sin and will get power of it (High chances of getting corrupted).]
"WTF" was the only things ringing in his mind. He wanted to get a dragon race but there are only two choices available to him. Heck this Bs system is just telling him to choose angel.
Raghav - "Hey system, do I have to follow someone like biblical God or something? And will I become a fallen if I do something I shouldn't? And Why is there no DRAGON option!!!!!"
[ No, Host is not obligated to follow anyone. Host will never become a fallen no matter how many sins you commit. That is because of the 'Chat group' giving you the race. Finally, Dragon is not an option because you will get it at later stages.]
Raghav was relieved to hear that he could become a dragon, someday. What got him curious though, was the creator of the Chat group. He could ask the system who it was but he was sure that this Bs system of his will not reply.
He also didn't mind being an angel though. And he wouldn't even fall and lastly, he will get his own divinity.
But for devil, he would look cool, no doubt but there is also a chance of getting corrupted. He knew he would either represent Wrath or lust. (Go to horny jail if you support lust.)
So, in the end, he chose angel.
As soon as he clicked angel, he felt a new energy coursing through his body. It was painful but calm at the some time. The pain in his back was way more than pain in any other part. After a while, his back started bleeding and being torn apart by something. Soon enough, a pair of wings emerged from his back as they tore through his back. It was a good thing that he wasn't wearing anything on his upper body or it would've been damaged for sure.
The wings were very white and beautiful. The size of his wings was twice his size. The wings were some how glowing in white light. Though they were something new, he felt his connection with it and tried to move them. The wings responded and moved easily.
Raghav - "So I just have to think to make it move, good enough."
Raghav then went outside the house to test them. He sneakily got out of house to not disturb sleep of anyone in the house. When he was outside, he looked at the sky and thought of flying. The wings started flapping and lifted him from the ground. He wasn't very stable at first but after a few minutes he got used to it.
He flew away it the sky and was very excited.
Raghav - "OoooYeaaah High sky Baby!"
After half an hour~
Raghav was now on the ground, huffing excitedly. He had a moment of his life just now, how can he not be excited.
He then sat on the ground. He wanted to know more about the Divinity he got.
Raghav - "Hey System! what is my divinity? What do I represent as an Angel?"

Raghav - "Holy shit! Show me the status of these Divinities perticulary."

Host can grant blessings to other in accordance to Host's control over the element. It goes like
low --> Mid --> High --> Extreme

Seeing this, Raghav understood how Divinities work. First you have to have a affinity with certain element. After that, you have to increase your control over the element. The level of control will show your strength. And lastly, to grant blessings, one must have Mid level control. Whatever the case is, Spirits will still follow his commands. Though he wondered if high level spirits such as Earth spirit king will follow him or not as his control over it was not great. Whatever it may be, he will find out in future. Thinking so, he returned to his 'Current' home and slept peacefully.

Yup this was the chapter. If you think it's a fanfic then it's not. The MC can travel to different mythologies and he will do so in next few chapters but he will be in Mahabharat world till the end of it. In between he will go to different mythologies too.
