**Third-Person POV**
At the bottom of a water well in the beginner's village, a young man with deep blue-black hair and a resplendently handsome face held a wand and breathed deeply. Drops of blood fell from him, mixing with the water, and several cuts could be seen around his body.
In front of him, an ice cube that was beginning to melt was surrounded by a large number of blue mana arrows.
The exhausted young man spoke.
"Attack."
Numerous arrows pierced the large ice cube with power and strong penetrating ability.
And with that, numerous screams could be heard.
"Ackkkkkkk!"
As the arrows finished and all the ice melted away, the young man carefully looked around, searching for the enemy, and he saw a fish-like glare filled with hostility, which made his entire body tense up and quickly reach for his whip.
However, that didn't happen because the glare quickly faded as light enveloped the Boss.
The young man smiled, looking happy and relieved.
"Ah… finally…"
...
**MC POV**
I sighed in relief, finally having defeated the Boss, and approached to collect the items it had dropped.
I reached out my hand towards it, and what it dropped immediately went into my inventory as I took the opportunity to read the current notifications.
<You have exceeded your normal mana control limits>
<You created a skill from scratch by yourself, +2 Dexterity; +1 Intelligence>
<You were the first player to create a skill by yourself, increased rewards.>
<You received the title: Innovator>
<You created the skill: Multiple Mana Arrows>
<You received the passive skill: Mana Control>
Before looking at the Boss's items, I decided to check what I had received.
First, I was curious about the special status called Dexterity.
Dexterity: A special status useful for creating or doing things carefully, it is particularly useful for subclasses. However, classes like mages and warriors will also find it useful for increased precision in mana use or weapon handling, and increased critical hit chance.
I was surprised. Regarding subclasses, I'm not sure if I'll have any in the future, but it seems useful for combat, although I'm not certain of the specific effect.

Both the title and the skills were excellent... especially the mana control skill, which made my eyes shine regarding what I received from the Boss…
<Received 2x Deep Sea Parrotfish Meat (Unique)>
<Received 4x Deep Sea Parrotfish Scales (Unique)>
<Your luck acted… increased chance… inside the fish's belly a special item was found… Fairy Tale Book: The First Mage>
The meat and scales seemed useful to sell… although the meat might be good to try and the scales might be useful for armor or a vest?
Lastly, I was very interested and took it out of the inventory.
It looked like an old and torn book with the image of a fairy tale book, it was quite beautiful and seemed to have an interesting story, but I decided not to mess with it now and threw it back into the inventory, not knowing it would take a while to remember its existence.
Regardless of this memory, I swam smoothly and approached the chest, which had a cute appearance of a wooden chest decorated with small marine plants covering it.
I observed it for a while and then extended my hand towards it. A light slightly covered my vision, and some items popped out of the chest.
When I opened my eyes, I could see exactly what the items were.
One item looked like a small gray orb.
The second item was a sword, and the last was a food package or something similar.
<The Racial Skill Orb (Special)>
<Silver-Aquatic Sword (Unique)>
<3x Deep Sea Parrotfish Package (Unique)>
I didn't pay much attention to the sword, as I should be able to sell it, and as for the meat... more food is always useful. However, the orb intrigued me.

The orb was indeed quite curious... and the description had excellent potential, so I took advantage and ate it.
The ball dissolved in my mouth and had a curious taste... it was a mixture of fruit and medicine...
And the notification appeared in front of me.
<You consumed the Racial Skill Orb… random skill distributed… Whale lineage selected>
<Racial Skill: Water Whips>
—---
Skill: Water Whips.
Rank: Racial
Active Effect:
You can manipulate water at will and create different types of whips, varying in size, density, and quantity.
Consumption: MP or none.
Description: As a strong race within the sea, whales can shape water at will, creating weapons like whips to lash their enemies with power and strength. They can create these weapons with mana or use nearby water to create them. They can also enhance the effect and strengthen a whip-type weapon.
—---
Seeing the description almost made me "jump," if it were possible to jump in the water. After all, this skill was perfect for the weapon I use and would greatly facilitate the future… even partly removing the need for a physical whip.
Having been satisfied with this dive, I transformed into my whale form.
I swam out of the cave, intending to return to training.
Leaving the well, I returned to my humanized form and looked around, not seeing any players. So, I stretched my body and went to the training area.
Unbeknownst to me, the previous water well disappeared after I moved away, as if it had been swallowed by the earth.
