Sect joined?
"Come here, let me test your talent!" The ancient looking man said as he waved his hand over Alvis's head, with slight fluctuations of spiritual energy.
*DING*
(SYSTEM: System warns host that a marker and a talent detector were used on host! System has automatically put in some information!)
"Hmm. Average talent, we'll accept you as a temporary member for now!" the strange old man said as he quickly shifted something out of his pocket
"Here let me lead you to where you'll stay" the guard said touching Alvis's shoulder
They passed by many other quarters and all sorts of plants until they found a cave that was very dark and very old, it smelt of corpses.
"This is where you're staying tonight. Enjoy" The guard said trying not to laugh
"Thanks I appreciate it" Alvis said
The guard left and Alvis immediately started cultivating, for some reason he was extremely tired, so after a while he went to bed.
*DING*
*DING*
*DING*
(SYSTEM: SYSTEM warns host!!! System is being taken directly from hosts soul!)
But Alvis was fast asleep, not knowing he was infected with a herb to induce him into a coma for a night.
The system dinged all day and night, to no avail. In a last ditch effort the system transported the host away, however being separated in the process.
"This is an interesting toy... Lord Fang will love it." A weak hooded cultivator said laughing
"Who's there?!" The elder screamed, but nothing was there. Not even the boy, this caused some alarm for him. Who dares to take his prey that he spent a coma inducing herb on? He scanned for any abnormalities but there was none. He thought of the possibility the kid found out and left and threw it in the back of his mind.
*DING*
(SYSYEM: CRITICAL FAIL. INITIATING EMERGENCY QUEST REWARD. HOST IS NOW CULTIVATING "God of Path Changer" SYSTEM IS NOW SHUTTING DOWN.)
That was the last message Alvis would ever hear of the system, without even hearing it.
