Sofia's Ominous Instruction
"You have done well, Derek! Hmmm... Actually, you don't look nervous back there," Jing Jing expressed happily. She glanced at Sofia and saw her smile too.
"Oh really? Hehehe That's very kind of you, Ms. Jing Jing. But, I'm glad I've managed, though barely. It's all thanks to the list that Miss Sofia gave me. Without the list, I would probably not be able to hold out my nerves!" Derek chuckled and took another deep breath. Then, he asked, "Is it a good deal? Did we make the project secure with them?"
"It should be. Maxwell agreed to the arrangements," Jing Jing answered right away. However, she soon remembered the figure of Maxwell's grandfather sleeping although out the meeting and could not help but feel worried. "Their founder seemed not interested in the meeting. He was sleeping even until the end."
"That's how old people do. It's normal to sleep, right?" Derek slightly laughed.
