Henry doesn't know why suddenly this memory flashed in his mind. But this reminded his past rude behavior towards his elders and his behavior towards Esther. He closed his eyes as he tried to ignore the pain in his head by the sudden flash of memory at an unexpected time. He massaged his head slightly as he tried not to show his discomfort to Esther. 

"Why are you scared?" Henry asked. 

"I don't know…" Esther's truthful reply came out of her mouth. 

"Shall I tell?" Henry asked. 

Esther nodded her head still burying her head in his chest not intending to raise her head. Henry could feel sharp shooting pain tremors passing in his head, but he bore them with his clenched teeth.
