"Reggie, First let mom and dad enter the hall," Lia's voice sounded from the background. 

"Yes! Mommy comes inside," Reggie invited her in. 

"…" Cyrus. Son, you forgot your father. 

Reggie: [I didn't forget you, I just ignored you.] His mind voice came out breaking Cyrus's heart into a thousand pieces! Cyrus swore to collect his debt from his son one day! 

Esther, who was standing in between them, felt like she might die if she stood there for another second. Both father and son were involved in the intent staring battle. Thunder flashed in their eyes as they looked. If looks could kill they both would have died by now. 

"Cyrus, Reggie, Let's go inside. I am tired," Esther said. 

"Mom! Come inside," Reggie dragged inside like she was a kid. He made her sit on the couch. He removed his slippers and stood on the couch beside her making Esther look at his surprise. Reggie smiled at her, making her smile back at him.
