"Soooo".... Lyn probed
"Well I got to work 8minutes earlier than the normally scheduled time, oh yes I met Avery" she gave me a look to let me know she isn't flowing with me
"Remember the beautiful receptionist I told you about" she nodded "well she is Avery, Avery Kosmos. She isn't just beautiful Lyn she is so nice, having her to talk to at the office made the environment more welcoming" I said excitedly
"Should I be worried?" Lyn asked pouting. She is so cute
"No Lyn, you have nothing to worry about. Remember I'm yours till forever" I grinned when she sighed
"Well tell me more then" she sipped from her lemon drink
"As I was saying, I made my first office friend which got me in a great mood. You had to see me when she handed over my Identification card Lyn, I felt like I won a lottery!" she rolled her eyes at that
" I don't have to be there to know" she smirked
"If you keep on interrupting me, I will just stop" I threatened to which she raised her hands as a form of I surrender.
"Oh while riding the elevator up, I got into a conversation with two men" ohhhhh that sounds like fun she interrupted to which I gave her the eye.
"Fine, go on" she laughed
"Well there wasn't anything interesting about the conversation I rolled my eyes, they kept on questioning me about what department I worked for. I guess they were curious since I had gone more than 30floors" I chuckled at the memory.
"So what then happened? Was there any cutie among them" typical Lyn
"Nothing happened Lyn, there was Mr. Davidson who looks forty and there was Greg who looks to be around our age but definitely not cute" I responded exasperatedly.
"That's bad. Can we skip the boring good morning's you had with your coworkers and tell me about your boss, is he as good looking as the media says" the bitch curiosity has always been about this, though he is the one I wished to talk about too
"Lyn he is beautiful! I mean beautiful isn't meant to be used on guys right but he is!. I mean you know Kim.....and.... type of beautiful. His face is perfect just like you he got piercing blue eyes, perfect jaws" I sighed when his memory crossed my mind.
"Wow, I guess the media didn't lie then" Lyn commented looking very interested
"Oh they did, he looks far better than the media said"
"Aside from his facial look can you tell me more like his height and physique" her question made me sigh
"I don't know about those Lyn" I told her sadly
"What do you mean you don't know, I mean you were with him for 9 hours, how could you not know!!!" she screamed sounding so disappointed
Sighing "I honestly don't know Lyn, the early hours of work he asked me to go down to the human resource to learn more about the company rules and he was already done with the meetings for the day before I came back". I sighed sadly "And when I got back, I only had to attend to calls, fix his schedule but unfortunately he never got out of his office while I was there" I was frustrated. I wanted to know what he looked like too but he didn't even step out for a second. "He didn't even stand when I got him lunch!" I have been sighing too much today
"You got him lunch, bitch you only saw his face and what you turned into a concerned wife"Lyn mocked suddenly her expression turned into a teasing one
"He didn't go for lunch Lyn, and you know how much I hate it when a meal is skipped, and moreover I don't want to visit the emergency ward on my first day just because my boss fainted from starvation" I defended maybe a little too quick since Lyn is on her stomach laughing
"Oh right! I believe you, I mean we all faint from skipping one meal right" she said while trying to hold back her laugh
"Will you stop laughing" I feigned anger.
"Sorry I can't help it, and moreover there will be more chances for you to drool over him" she winked "And don't forget to bring him some cookies, we wouldn't want you visiting the emergency ward"Lyn had a great time teasing me before she left.

I talked to my parents, they were curious about my first day at work and if the environment was OK to which I responded positively. They were happy to hear that, after talking for few minutes we ended the call.
Well now I'm bored. Looking at the time I realized it's already eleven pm. I decided to get to bed since I intend to wake up early.
It has been an interesting week so far. I finally got to see the Adonis of a boss. It was my second day at the office when he walked out so we could head over for a meeting, I remembered how I lost my senses for a while, his toned body even in a suit can't hide the fact that he has an athletic body.
Thankfully he didn't notice my ogling or did he well I had a movie marathon that evening with movies featuring good-looking guys.
That didn't help though, I kept on remembering a particular person so every morning, I look at myself in the mirror and remind myself that I'm no one but his worker.
It helped I still Ogle though not as pathetic as the first time
Gavin invited Lyn and me over for dinner, he kept on saying he has a surprise for me. Yes for me not Lyn isn't that weird. Lyn tried getting it out of him but the guy wouldn't budge.
Although I'm curious about the surprise, that doesn't stop me from dreading this dinner. I tried to talk my way out but it didn't work.
"Bae stop pouting, eating with us can't be that horrible right" Lyn asked while applying her mascara. She insisted I went over to her place so Gavin wouldn't have to drive to two different destinations when we all would be going to the same place.
"It is Lyn, I'm going to be a third wheel to you lovebirds and honestly I dread that" Gavin officially asked Lyn to be his girlfriend two days ago when he went to pick her from work, well you guessed right she said yes guys. My ship is moving steadily yay but being the third wheel to them is a NO! NO!
Lyn laughed at my expression "we won't make you uncomfortable, I'll let you close your eyes when I want to kiss him" she teased
"Can't I just stay" I gave her a puppy eye
"You my friend is so cuuute but no, I didn't invite you Pais, Gavin did so please just for today huh" she pleaded
"Fine" I responded and began to dress
Ding dong the doorbell sang. Well, I guess our dinner date is here. Lyn grabbed her purse and went to open the door while I wore my heels.
You look beautiful I heard Gavin compliment while walking out of the room
"Innocent me is still here guys" I was wondering why Lyn hasn't responded to the compliment, well her mouth was occupied.
Gavin laughed while Lyn responded "innocent! you! Ha ha!"
I decided to ignore her and said hello to Gavin. He complimented my looks and we all left for his car.
Wow his Tesla Model S car looks so cool
"Nice ride" I complimented.
"You know cars" he asked surprised
"Yes I do"I smiled
"Wow that's cool, it's rare to find a lady who knows cars" he seemed really surprised that I did. Lyn was just standing with a funny expression on her face. Gavin must have noticed it too because he looked nervous and he added "it doesn't matter if they don't it's still cool, they are still beautiful and perfect. I'm sorry cherry I love you regardless" I couldn't help it as I burst out laughing, Lyn soon joined while Gavin was left to wonder what the hell is wrong with us
"It's nothing baby, I'm not off--ende--d" said Lyn still laughing. Gavin released a sigh of relief. Throughout the ride Lyn and I kept on chuckling while Gavin was left to wonder if he should change his destination to a mental hospital or not.
Finally at our destination, poiur'e restaurant ****a five-star restaurant where only the high-class people visit. Gavin been a gentleman got out and held the door for us.
The restaurant interior screams expensive.
"Good evening sir, ma'am welcome to
Poiur'e. Do you have any reservation" greeted an attendant who stood by the door
I only smiled in response while Gavin responded
"Yes, under Kingsley"
The attendant called a lady named Lucy who will be our waitress for the night.
"Have a good evening Mr. Kingsley, Ma'am" said the attendant
Lucy led us to our table and allowed us to decide on which menu we wanted.
While we were still scanning through the menu and me wondering what the surprise is, since Gavin won't tell
"Hope I'm not late" said a voice, a voice I have been listening to all week.
A voice that does things to me!
