Missing Person

5pm, Wang cafe"

Secretary Geming's phone beeped with a massage he didn't quite understand, muttering to himself as he walked behind CEO Minde who was receiving greetings from all sides as he walked to his office.

"Who could have sent me this" Geming said squinting as he looked on his phone whilst carrying several files in one hand. He had been murmuring to himself when he saw a hand quickly snatch his phone, wanting to shout at whoever it was that dared take his phone like that he was stunned to see CEO Feng with his phone, smiling.

How weird? Geming thought to himself. He wouldn't dare ask CEO Feng anything despite the fact that his curiosity was rising so high he feared he might actually take a risk at loosing his job just to know why this man who he had only ever seen giving evil smirks would be smiling at his secretary's phone.

"Tell MengYao to get a new phone for you, anyone of your choice. I'll be keeping this" with that Minde put the phone inside his pocket and continued walking to his office, immediately he entered he headed for the bathroom looking at himself in the mirror he gave a small happy dance, before talking to his reflection in the mirror as he adjusted his tie. "Which girl would turn down this drop dead handsome face, even without revealing myself my looks still works for me" Minde said giving a smirk. He gave himself a small slap on the head reminding himself that Dana wasn't like the other girls but then again you can't possibly change bad habits overnight, he was arrogant but he didn't want that to come between him and making a friend in Dana so as from now he had to act humbly, not in pretence but he had to at least try to be tolerant if he wanted to keep up with the role of Bingwen the chef.

After Dana had taken bath, worn her clothes which had been neatly folded and placed beside her bed she went down stairs again to look for her cross bag and phone, when she opened her phone she saw several texts and missed calls from Xixi asking where she was and if she was fine. Quickly she called her back, feeling sorry for making her worry knowing how easily Xixi got worried and how she react. Xixi's phone rang twice before she finally answered.

"Hello Dana, where are you?? how are you?? I've been calling why didn't you take my calls? Are you alright? Xixi's questions kept rolling untill Dana interrupted her.

"I'm fine Xixi... I just got into a light accident and had to spend the night at someone's house.

"Accident? Who's house?" Xixi knew not to ask such questions, Dana was a grown woman, seeing that she's alright should have ended it but she just couldn't help herself, Dana was like her sister and before she realized she had gone too far it was already too late.

"I just got soaked by the rain, it wouldn't be considered an accident to begin with and where I spent the night.....I stayed at my bo...s...s's place" Dana was hesitant to tell Xixi that she slept at Linx's house, like who the hell tells someone that they slept at their boss's house and won't expect them to over think about it. Further more she had only told Xixi that she resigned from her job at the restaurant and had gotten a new one as a PA but she hadn't disclosed the identity of her boss, Xixi would literally go crazy, probably follow her to work or make her ask Linx for a picture the list was long she just didn't want to tell her based on the circumstances that lead to her meeting Linx so she had left the details as to who she really worked for.

"Oh... alright.... Good thing you told me, I was on my way to the Police station to file a missing person's report" Xixi said a bit relieved that Dana was fine but something else took control of her mind, Curiosity. Who was this boss? And why did it feel like Dana was trying to hide something, either way it wasn't really her business so she let if slide.

"OMG I didn't know you are such a mom, Dana said chuckling at the thought of having her pictures in the news and on post cards, although it felt good knowing someone cared that much about her.

"Yeah yeah I know, just come home early tonight and get me a treat for making me worry" Xixi added before dropping the call.

Soon Linx returned from jogging took his bath and he and Dana headed for Starlight company, the company he was signed under as a solo artist. Over the years after he debuted he had soared his way up mostly with his talent although most people still gossiped about him getting to that level because of his family's influence which was somehow true even though his Dad and mum were against him choosing music over the family business they still didn't want to see him fail, it wasn't in the Feng family to just give up so they supported him in whatever way they could discreetly so Linx wouldn't get angry if he found out.

On their way to the agency Linx made a stop at one of the boutiques owned by his family's company, instructing Dana to follow him into the boutique.

"Give her a make over" Linx casually told one of the stylists who couldn't comprehend the fact that Feng Linx had just spoken to him.

"Me....?" He asked stuttering

"Which other male has lip gloss on his lips here?" Linx replied making Dana almost burst into laugher cause Linx himself was wearing a colourless lip gloss although it wasn't as much as the stylist's own.

Neglecting the fact that Linx had just taunted him the stylist proceeded to ask Dana to take a seat in front of a large mirror. When Dana looked up she spotted his name which was tagged on the left pocket of his bright yellow shirt "SIMON LEE" was printed in bold black letters.

As she tried to pronounce his name in English which she wasn't very good at she ended up bitting her tongue the same way she had when she insisted she didn't need new clothes and was ok with the way she looked, but of course that annoying ghost didn't listen he threatened to carry her on his shoulders if she didn't get out of the car and do as he had said. In the end she agreed. Dana didn't want to make a scene and Linx was seemed not to care about making one whenever he didn't get his way and also he had a point she couldn't show up to an agency as big as Starlight looking like she was going for a street run or something not like she cared what the others thought but at least she had to put in effort.

Simon seemed to know how to do his job very well. In less than 30 minutes Dana walked out in a brown high waist trouser, white big tucked in t-shirt and white sneakers. Among every outfit Simon had chosen she was most comfortable in this one, the rest were often too tight, too short or generally too expensive and uncomfortable. Her hair had been let loose from the bun she had tied it in and given more curls, her face remained natural as she refused to get any make up done, she was going to work not a fashion parade.
