Father Lu let Mo Zhexuan and Xu Wenwen to take care of Lu Jingyi from time to time since he was busy. But he will come by every night to check upon his daughter and stay with her.

Father Lan had investigated Mother Lan after she took advantage of him. But he didn't mind that she had been with another man. He loved her at first sight.

When she came with her big belly and said it was his child, he was overjoyed.

Once she gave birth, he indeed treated Lan Xing as his real daughter. But when Lan Xing grew up, he didn't saw a single resemblance of him. He then started investigated again and knew the truth.

Gradually, he started to treat Lan Xing with less affection and acted like normal as always. He even treated his wife with less affection too. He kept it a secret as to not destroy the reputation of Lan family.

But now, he just wanted to get rid of Lan Xing and disown her for the sake of Lan family's reputation. He was also thinking about divorcing his wife before anyone gossip about his family.

"From now on, we will go our seperate ways. We will get a divorce. You and Lan Xing will not be a part of Lan family again."

Mother Lan was shocked to the news and sat on the floor frozen while Lan Xing laughed as if it had nothing to do with her.
