Jingyi Is My Bottomline

He knocked on the door nervously.

"Come in."

Bai Liancheng gulped and slowly opened the door. Each breath he took was hard to breathe. He then walked inside with his heavy feet.

He saw Mo Zhexuan's back was facing him. Sweats was already forming on his forehead.

"Assistant Yan, you may go out and close the door before leaving."

"Yes, sir."

Passing by Bai Liancheng, Assistant Yan gave a pitiful look to him. He deserved it. He shouldn't have touched his boss's bottomline.

After Assistant Yan left, Mo Zhexuan turned around and faced Bai Liancheng. He saw him standing there like a trained soldier and his hands were shaking non-stop.

I do hope you understand."

Bai Liancheng was dumbfounded. Country Z was very far from Country A. It was not a very safe country. Only the central city and towns were well-developed.

Outskirts of towns were very dangerous. It has many crimes that haven't been solved. As long as one stayed in the central city and towns, they should be safe.

"First, you must not meet Lu Jingyi ever again. If you come across her, avoid her. If she go east, you go west. Stay far away from her. Second, do well and make an achievement in Country Z in 6 months. I believe you can do it. If you fail, you will face the consequences I had prepared. And third, never mention anything about the relationship between Lu Jingyi and I. If I heard you spread any rumors about us, forget about I will fired you, I will make sure you wish you had died. Understood?"

Bai Liancheng was shocked by the conditions he made. He was curious about the type of relationship about Mo Zhexuan and Lu Jingyi.

"S-sir, can I-I ask you a question?"

"W-what is your relationship with Lu Jingyi?"

Mo Zhexuan gave a side look to Bai Liancheng.

"I'm her husband-to-be. Jingyi is my bottomline. Touch her and you'll die."

"U-understood. I will obey the conditions."
