"What if I say I like you?"

Lu Jingyi was stunned. She froze while chopsticks in between her lips was about to fall from her hand and eyes were widely opened staring at Mo Zhexuan. Her face was boiling upon hearing that.

What... did he just say? Was she dreaming? What should she do? How was she gonna reply back? Cat got her tongue.

It felt like there's something in her throat preventing her to speak. Words could not come out.

Questions keep popping in of her head. Still figuring out what to do next, Mo Zhexuan then broke the silence.

"You don't need to give me an answer now. After all, we still have a lifetime ahead of us. No need to rush. How about you give us a chance?"

Mo Zhexuan gave a smile with a hint of playfulness. He was pleased by her reaction. It was priceless. He couldn't help but want to lock her up so no one can see her like this.

Still in a daze, Lu Jingyi finally snapped out of it and calmed down. She took a deep breath.

That look of his caught Lu Jingyi off guard. How can someone be so handsome? Was this even legal to be this handsome? She might get a nosebleed if she stared too long.

Her heart kept racing. Never has she felt that way before. Not even with Bai Liancheng.

Did she have feelings for him already? That quick?
