Kendrick and I, we had lunch together. We had some funny jokes and good time together during lunch time and then, got back to the office.

I was really glad. I smiled at myself. I breathed heavy and sighed in a relief. So, finally I was able to control myself.

Kendrick was talking about lots of stuffs on the way. This …that.. all sorts of things. I didn’t know he had really become talkative. When did he start being so talkative like that ?

“ Ashlyn !!! Are you listening to me ?,” he asked shaking my shoulders.

I was lost in my own sequence of thoughts. I came back to the senses when he shook me.

“ Oh! Sorry. I was just carried away. What was it again ?,” I asked.

He made a face when he knew that I was actually not listening to me. “ You weren’t paying attention to me. So, why should I tell you again ?,” he shrugged.
