Enlisting
Outside the building, Akira and his friends were there, as well as Dr. Mark and Jack. Naomi saw Akira coming out of the building, ran towards him, and hugged him tightly.
"Akira, you're okay" Naomi said.
"It's good to see you" Jake said.
"So, you made a full recovery, I'm glad" David said with a smile.
"Well, not yet, but I'm almost 100%." Akira said
"David, Sesilia It's nice to see you again. This time not critically wounded" Jack said
"It's nice to see you too" David said "Even you, Dr. Mark"
"It's been a long time since we've seen each other, but where is Jason?" Sesilia asked
"He's on a mission; he'll be back soon. Then the whole team will be complete like before" Jack said
"So, you might want to tell us who this man is and how you know him?" Jake said.
"He is the current commander of this base and he was our former team leader" Sesilia said
"Commander huh? So, what grade do you have to be before you can become a commander?" Akira asked
"I'm a lieutenant general and will soon be promoted to general. And before you can be a commander of a military base, you have to be a colonel and above" Jack said
"So now unto business. I want you three to enlist in the slayer program"
"Slayer program? what that?" David asked
"It's a program that trains talented children so they can fight in the war" Jack said.
"Oh, wow. So now you've gone into exploiting kids?" Sesilia said
"So, what do you say, guys?" Jake said
"Well, I've made up my mind to get stronger. What about you guys?" Akira said
"Me too; I've made up my mind to be stronger too" Naomi said.
"I don't want to feel weak ever again. So, I'll change" Jake said.
"Well, that's settled then. You three are going to enlist in the slayer program. And as for you two" Jack turned towards Sesilia and David.
"We'll talk later. The exam into the program is in the next two months. So, with that, I'll assign you guys an instructor each. But first, tell me what you want to learn"
"I wanna learn frequency and continue my swordsmanship" Akira said
"I wanna learn how to use my mana more efficiently and how to use skills since I've awakened my mana property" Naomi said
"I wanna learn how to use skills and continue my aura training" Jake said
"What are your mana properties?" Dr. Mark asked
"Weapon, Weather, Gravity" Akira said as he pointed at himself, then Jake, the Naomi
"Your instructors will meet you tomorrow at the training hall" Jake said
"But for today, you can go and relax now"
They all headed inside the building.
David went to Akira "Why didn't you tell him about your atomic property" David whispered in Akira's ear.

The Next Day,
In the central training hall, a huge space where many people could be seen training. Not only humans were here; elves and fairies were also there. Jack was walking with Akira and the others
"Not only humans are part of humanity's salvation; elves, fairies, angels and gods were also part" Jack explained
"I can see some elves and fairies, but I haven't seen any god or angel" Naomi said
"Well, the angels and gods have their own school in their realm. And sometimes they send some students here to train and we send some to train there" Jack said
"But we are expecting some exchange students in our second year"
They all arrived at a free battle arena.
"I heard you beat Dexter the assassin. So, I would like to see how strong you are yourself" Jack said.
"The same for you two, so go pick your weapon and get on the arena"
"Come to think of it, where is my weapon and my pendant?" Akira asked
"Catch" Jack said as he threw his sword and pendant at him.
Akira catches his stuff and says, "Thanks"
Naomi and Jake had picked up their weapons and gotten on the arena.
"You may now begin" Jack said
Everyone stopped their training to watch the match that was about to begin.
"Hey isn't that the commander of the base" Someone said
"I heard he brought three candidates for the slayer program"
"They must be really string then?"

Another room in the humanity's salvation office. Two people are seen.
"These are the three candidates' files" Someone said as he dropped files on a desk.
"I just got back and he won't even let me rest" The black-haired man said. Jason a young man who looks to be in his mid-twenties.

*CLANG*
Weapons could be heard clashing, and echoing throughout the quiet training room.
"What, you won't use a second katana?" Jake asked
"I don't need to" Akira said
A staff suddenly flew towards Akira, breaking the stalemate.
"Don't forget about me" Naomi said
Naomi and Jake worked together, fighting Akira. They both then activated there aura.
"It seems I made a mistake." Akira activated his weapon property and aura. Then he made an aura katana.
"Let's end this"
"Yeah" Jake said
Akira then charged at Jake and Naomi.
"Enough" Jack said "I've seen all I need to see"
Jack walked unto the stage and said "Now I want all of you to fight me"
