First Prisoner

It hadn't been long since I finished the arc reactor and was wondering what I would do with the bit of spare time I had left until the invasion when the system gave me two notifications in a row.

A Thanagarian scout was trying to spy on your territory and was captured by Tower1. The Thanagarian is currently being held in the Prison.

The Thanagarian army will soon invade! 

Make two separate battle songs for yourself and your retinue that will play automatically around them and you each time all hope seems lost and a big battle that holds the fate of humanity is about to be fought. 

Reward: 300,000c and special worldly effects that match the contents of the song when battle theme is played.

The second notifications contents sounded a little cringe to me, but it wasn't something I was totally against. The coin amount was also too insane for the amount of work to pass up. Just off the top of my head a couple of songs came to mind that fit the description. It would be foolish of me to sing the songs for things related to my Hero persona and so I called Scream Queen and Cosmic Starlight to me via coms. 

Once they arrived I spoke. "I need to record two songs and I was hoping for both of you to sing one each. I will pay you both for not only the future use of the song, but also an up front sum. Are you interested?" 

Nina nodded her head enthusiastically. She was eager to work on music with Prince Aeric whom she admired. "Deal" She said without missing a beat. 

I looked over at Cosmic Starlight aka Barbara who hadn't said anything. "And you?"

Cosmic Starlight thought a bit before speaking. "I'd like to add a date onto the deal. One with just you an me." 

I raised an eyebrow at Cosmic Starlight's forward attitude. It wasn't anything new, she had always been like this since our first kiss, but she hadn't been as proactive in a while and she always seemed to shy away from any type of romantic commitment like myself in the past. "Okay Deal" I replied while wondering if the recent wedding was the cause of her sudden change. 

Scream Queen who was the most bold of all the girls I was currently talking to went wide eyed. "Wait! I didn't know we could do that, I also want to add a date to the deal. It's only fair! Matter of fact, I also want to add a night of just us together while we are still negotiating."

I agreed to both of their terms and then started having them record two different songs. After hearing the songs they created, I was satisfied and registered them as the theme songs before walking towards the Prison to see our newly caught Thanagarian.

Immediately upon entering the prison I was bombarded with the voices of those I had caught in the past. Some were asking when they would be released while others just hurled taunts and threats my way. I simply muted their cells before opening the glass cell the Thanagarian was in. The winged scout immediately rushed me, but with my current strength and speed I could see his movements as if they were as slow as a sloth. 

Wasting no time, I ignored the attack and stripped the Thanagarian of all he had on him leaving him naked and still in mid attack before I left the prison cell and closed the door. Right after I closed the door, the slow Thanagarian had finally reached his destination only to find I was long gone and that he was suddenly free ballin' in a glass prison cell for all the other inmates to see. 

Leaving the suddenly shy Thanagarian and other prisoners behind, I walked back to the holodeck and began to work. The Thanagarians armor was made of Nth metal, but not enough to do the Iron Man armor yet and so I decided to keep my promise to Quincy and make him a new eye using the material. Since he was now a mage, I felt it would be a nice mix. 

With my technological know how I created a mechanical eyeball with the systems metal while leaving hollowed out areas where the wiring was supposed to be. For this project I also incorporated a couple of the lantern rings abilities into it's machinery along with some advanced earth technology. 

Nth metal could be molded into any shape by just willing it with your mind, but I I wanted to create something that was only part Nth Metal and so I took a more brutish route and put the Nth metal in a cauldron made of my systems metal before using my Ki to heat the near indestructible metal until it melted down into a liquid. 

After that I pulled out a piece of of Manhunter metal from my inventory that seemed to be made of equally mysterious and almost indestructible material. I had no idea what kind of metal it was, but I knew it was made of good stuff and so I threw the small piece of the Manhunter metal into the cauldron and watched as the two liquid metals mixed. 

Feeling satisfied with the newly created metal, I poured the mixture into the hollowed out places of the eye and then cooled it once the liquid had filled in the mold. Once the hot metal cooled down and started to harden, many golden wires could be seen throughout the eyes structure. 

Nth metal was a great power conduit and part of the reason I wanted to use it for the future Iron Man armor. Speaking of armor, I had also promised Quincy a set of Knight Armor and so I began working on it since I was now finished with the eye. 

I made the armor purely with the actors wardrobe, so it was made in mere minutes and of course I planned to let Quincy keep the Justice Lord wonder woman's bracelets of submission that he had gotten accustomed to using in the tower. I incorporated them into the wrist of the armor, making it the only part of the armor not made from the system.
