Jett pulls out my chair for me. Taking a seat, I look back up at him with a smile. He smiles back, places a kiss on my forehead, and rounds the table sitting across from me.

/"This place is really nice, Jett,/" I tell him as he reaches out for my hand. When he said that he was going to make up missing Valentine’s Day, I figured that meant that he would get me some flowers or chocolate. Especially when I found that he left when I got out of the shower. Cleo told me that he told her he would be back. I, in the meantime, I was to get ready for dinner.

She had brought over a dress of hers that I had always loved and told me I could keep it. I twirled around in circles when she told me allowing the flowy material to flutter around me. The light pink color is my favorite thing about the dress. She put my hair up in a dancer’s bun and some light makeup on.
