When Maddy left on her date with that peppy douche, my sister and Cleo jumped on me. Not letting up at all. Neither of them could understand what I was trying to do. Which was protect their friend.

/"What is with you?/" Kierra asked me, arms crossed, hip popped out.

/"Yeah. Why are you so adamant that she doesn’t date Clark? He seems like an okay guy,/" Cleo stands the same way as my sister.

I run my hand down my face, /"I just don’t trust the guy. I’m sure he’s as bad as his brother./"

/"If siblings were as alike as you are insinuating, then I would have slept around in high school,/" Kierra points out.

I narrow my eyes at her, studying her face, /"did you?/"
