Entry 22 - Training begins (Marine)

Our first couple of training sessions weren't exactly what I had in mind, the first thing we literally did was run laps around the dorm while Kana-chan timed us and I'm confident in saying I got first…

In the least active group.

Ok, so I was one of the ones with the least amount of stamina, but apparently, that was the point of the entire exercise to find out which ones lacked stamina and there was a handful of us. Surprisingly Aqu-tan wasn't in there, I guess all that time spent working in the inn has built her stamina to be good enough to keep up with the majority.

Anywho once everyone was filtered out, those who had the least amount of stamina were given to Kyrell to be trained and even his methods were… unconventional. I thought were just going to do jogging and exercise, but no, the first we did was hit up a masseuse.

Kyrell said there was no point in exercising if our muscles were all stiff, which I didn't think were stiff until I went to get that massage.

Oh it was bliss, those strong fingers digging deep into my skin, loosening my muscles in ways I never knew before. I would have moaned if I could, but I couldn't so I held myself back. It would be pretty awkward if everyone just heard my voice seeping through the walls as if I was getting the pou- I mean getting the massage of my life.

I made sure to keep the name of that place though, I'll definitely go back there. Wonder if they do full naked body massages?

After getting our muscles relaxed to the point I felt like I was young again, I mean I am young since I'm forever 17, but I feel even younger now like I was 14… yeah that works. What was I writing again? Oh right, our training, so after that we were told by Kyrell to help out in the inn by carrying boxes for storage, those things were a good couple of kilos as well if we strapped them on some sticks we'd probably have some good weights to use for muscle building.

We kept this up for days, only stopping whenever we got all of the boxes moved, we had breaks sure but most of the time that was when we had to get to our vocal practices, which was way easier than whatever we did with Kyrell. It got easier over time, but when that happened we got upgraded to crates! These things were at least half the size of my body, while the boxes were small cartons that were just heavy but we could manage, kind of. Ok, we struggled, in fact it took all of us to lift one!

Here's the sad part, sometimes Coco-chi and Aloe-chan would join us and they could lift these things, on their own! Granted, Coco-chi has always been stronger than us, but she really showed off when she carried two! As for Aloe-chan, she did not look the part but holy hell she lifted those things easily.

I've never felt so old in my life.

After this, the next phase of our training was to head off-world to gain stamina in the wild, we went mountain climbing and swimming in rivers for this. I question this slightly but according to Kyrell, if we could traverse a jungle then dancing will be easier for us.

Probably not the advice I'd give to people, but it did work, after a while, we felt as though our bodies were as light as a feather, our reflexes were better and we were moving around so fluidly.

Now we're managing to not just keep up with everyone, but even beat them! Now I'm 17 in body and mind.

Not that I wasn't before… I should stop writing now.

And so it begins.

What better way to start off the training arc by having Marine go through some exercise. If you're wondering by the way, Luna is also there, as for anyone else, I have no idea.

Alright there's nothing much to say for this because it's a simple training arc entry.

So, I hope you all enjoyed this entry and I'll see you all next week.
