Sansa was not worried that the Southern emperor knew about the existence of her secret club. What worried her was that the Southern emperor knew she was behind the secret club. 

The secret club is like a zombie. Unless you take out its head, it will keep coming for you. Now that the zombie's head is exposed, Sansa was worried the Southern emperor would aim directly for her and uproot everything she had built over the past decades.
