The Perfect Place

Laurie stepped out to the curb to hail a taxi at nine in the morning, wearing black eyeglasses that were covering half of her face. She had a restless night last night. The new place and the uncomfortable bed were the cause of it. 

She woke up at two in the morning because of a call from Andrei. He called, disturbing her sleep, just to let her know that he was already at the airport. 

She asked him about Bella, which according to Andrie didn't ask anything when he said his goodbye. 

In all honesty, she was worried about Bella but she was old enough to know the consequences of her actions. She wasn't going to tell her that Hideaki won't be good for her because she has her own selfish reason. 

She wanted Hideaki to be occupied by Bella so he has no time to annoy her. 

Last night, Haru offered her to stay at her place but Laurie asked her to find her a studio instead.
