Good Timing

( This chapter is written with Mira's POV)

I was left to take care of Jason all on my own, offcourse it was hard keeping him away from the Tasukians for a few days.

It was already day four and I was already tired of hiding Jason, Jason woke up a couple of times but I bumped his head with almost all the ceramic plates in our room,just to make him stand down.

This is day four and Ben isn't back with the potion yet, I wondered what was keeping him so long, this was the very first time I wished for his presence, more than anything in the world, it was taking him forever.

I can't bear seeing Jason like this, the man of my dreams, a vampire, this made my heart break, it was as though my heart was a bottle, falling from a high place, and breaking into a million pieces, I felt like turning back the hands of time, to stop him from becoming a vampire.

this is going to be a really big deal, we all know how vampires and werewolves do not coexist in a society of monsters. I wonder what Richard will now think of him when he goes back home, I wonder if this could affect his training as a sorcerer, and I also wondered if it will affect the way he thinks about me .

I wish I could turn him back to the way he was because it was really killing me anytime I see him like that, he was now so hideous, but I bet the beautiful Jason is in there, begging for help.

I was lost in thoughts until I hear a large crowd of people yelling for help, Jason loses the ropes which he was tied to, and now he is terrorising the people of Tasuki.

"oooo no, how could I be so careless" I asked myself rhetorically, I was outside when all this happened, I was getting some leafs ready for a sleeping herb, which only works on vampires, that I forgot all about Jason, and the worst part of the matter was that, I was thinking about Jason.

I walked up to Jason who was already destroying the whole village, people were running for their dear lives hoping not to be eaten, but what they didn't know was that vampires only suck human blood and not that of elves or any other mystery creatures. That was our only saving grace, but Jason did wrong by destroying the whole village and ransacking the area searching for humans, I hope he won't find any in Tasuki.

I used a log to hit Jason on the head, expecting him to collapse, but what I got in return was a vampire, who turned to me with his angry, and fierce looking gold eyes.

He lifted me up and kept starring at me, I didn't want to turn into a werewolf because I know how much vampires hate werewolves but I don't know about Jason

I looked into his dazzling gold eyes, I could still see the Jason in him, but it was hidden deep within, I wished I could just pull him out, but it was impossible. He glared at me as though he could still remember me. he then threw me down and ran into the bushes.

" He can still remember me" I said while looking at his departing body, running into the thick forest, I didn't know what to do but the next thing I saw was myself running after him.

I couldn't keep up with him because of his speed, so I turned into a werewolf and started chasing him. I ran towards him, with all the guts in me, I pushed harder and harder trying to keep up with him, offcourse it was impossible for a werewolf to catch up with a vampire because of their speed.

The whole forest was in rampage, it was as though Godzilla was chasing for King Kong, the trees were falling, the clouds were darker than usual, maybe it was just my imagination, you could almost see what was happening from the village even when we were miles away from the village.

After chasing him half way through the village, I noticed that he stopped and started sniffing the environment, I to perceived what he was sniffing and it was something really delicious, it was a human, it was a farmer who was harvesting his crops, he had no idea of our presence, I felt an urge to eat him, but it would get us into trouble so I controlled myself but I don't think Jason would be able to control himself, I saw him running towards the farmer, he wanted to eat him, the farmer noticed him, but stood there watching him as though he didn't know he was coming for him, he was frightened but he didn't run away, so I decided to help him

I was seen jumping into tin air, releasing a punch on his face, this caused a wild fight between both of us, we kept releasing blows on each other, he tried to reach out to the human, but I kept pulling him back, I held him firmly with my claws and the next thing I saw was the human watching us like a common fool, instead of him to run, he kept watching us.

I couldn't hold him much longer, I lost grip of him and turned back into a human because I was already weak, I watched him with blurry visions as he ran towards the human, before I fainted.

after Mira had fainted, Benganon appeared to he casted a spell on Jason which made him to sleep, then he poured the potion into his mouth, causing him to to turn back into a human, but he still had vampires blood in him so he was still a vampire, he touched both Mira and Jason and they all teleported back to the village.
