Fear

Ellie flinched as she dabbed yet another bruise her 'lovely husband' gave her, she stared blankly at her reflection in the mirror for a while she smiled sadly at the situation she was in, But her small small world shattered as she heard a door slam, ' Shit he's back' she thought the fear evident in her helpless eye and her shaking body. She dashed out of the small bathroom and into the attic "ELLIE" her husband called out as she slurred his words "come down from the damned attic, if I count to three and you dont down ill-" before he could continue she heard a loud thump. She then rushed down to help him or else she would face the harsh consequences in the morning She fell asleep next to him on the cold floor thinking about her future.

Nathaniel sighed as he got into the shower it had been 2 years since he was last seen and heard from and since then he has turned into a handsome yet cold man, although he looked like stone his heart was warm he would love and cherish his partner and spoil them but she changed him.

He still hasn't found his queen and one and only beloved.

His brother's words floated around in his head "If you still haven't found your queen in 6 months we will have to hold a coming of age ceremony."

*coming of age ceremony- if a royal member hasn't found his/her, queen/king they will be forced to marry*

He silently laughed.
