Can You Trust Me?

"Urgghhh…" Francis suddenly fell on his knees and vomiting blood. His face turned really pale and he look so weak. I, who had just entered his office, hurriedly took a handkerchief and approached him. "What happened? This is not your first time vomiting blood!" I asked, pretending to panic. I knew the reason why he was in this state, it was because I poisoned him. "Cough… cough…" he coughed as he was vomiting blood. "I'm fine. As you said this is not my first time vomiting blood so I can handle it." He said after he stopped vomiting blood. "But I guess you have to stop pretending." He paused and moved his body closer to me. "Charlize," he whispered right to my ears. He still looked so weak due to the poison but he seemed like already used to it. "I know it is you who make me in this state." ------------- Hi everyone!!!  Thank you for supporting me this far, and sorry for not continuing this work. Somehow I lost my pace and mood regarding this work, so I just can't continue. This story actually ended with Francis and Olivia living happily ever after as the crown prince and princess, with their supporter still working with them. Once again, I'm sorry about this, and thank you for your support. I will be back with a new and fresh story see you

Nightmare (Rosaline POV)

I just received news from my brother that the war was over and his plan failed. Francis showed up out of nowhere and messed up the whole plan. Thanks to him, the emperor survived from the poisoned arrow.

The condition was getting worse as Olivia also appeared at the border and the emperor wanted her to treat his wound. She said that the emperor was under the influence of poisson's effect.

I was so shocked when I received the news. Only two months ago I sent my proud son, Roosevelt, to the battlefield with the hope everything would end well. Yet, what I got was something different. My brother's plans all failed and we were cornered once again.

How? Why? Why did such a perfect plan fail at the last second, right in front of our eyes? My chest felt suffocated, as if something was squeezing my heart with full strength.
