Pervert

We got inside Daniel's car, and he drove off to our apartment. Thirty minutes later, he pulled into the garage.

He got out of the car and opened the door for me. We walked side by side to the front of the house.

"Hey" he said

"I guess this is it," I said and smiled sheepishly.

"If you don't mind, can we hang out some other time without your crazy friend?" he asked.

"I dunno, maybe we can," I said and smiled. I guess it's not a bad idea to get to know him more because my bitchy friend ruined everything today.

"Okay, babe," he said. Then he pulled me closer to him and gave me a peck on my forehead.

I watched him get into his car. I waved him goodbye as he drove off into the starry night. I turned around and walked inside, smiling and giggling like a gigolo.

I slumped lazily on the couch as I watched Bella wash the dishes.

"Hey, get your sweaty ass off the couch and go take a shower," she scolded from the kitchen.

"I'm not even sweating, Abeg leave me joor"

"No, tell me say you want me to flog you before you will listen" she asked, raising her eyebrows.

"Alright, alright, I hear you. No bite me," I joked and went straight to my room to take a shower.

I came out of the bathroom two hours later. That was because I dozed off in the bathtub. It was supposed to be a quick shower, but I kinda changed my mind.

I dried myself with a towel in the bathroom, then I walked out of the bathroom naked, sat on the bed for a while, before walking to the closet to pick my pajamas.

Just as I was about to wear it, Bella came in. "Whoa, if I knew I was gonna see a naked bitch, I would have come in sooner," she said and spanked my ass. Ouch, that stings!

"PERVERT" I yelled

"Abeg, shut up. Wetin be pervert? No be the same gender we be," she said and rolled her eyes.

"Pervert" I mumbled this Time

"Talk Wetin u talk mah hear nah" bella said provocatively

Angelina didn't even lift her eyelids; she was too lazy to argue with Bella. Bella smiled indulgently at her, "Good girl," before walking to the bathroom. Lina sneered inwardly.

She had just sat down on the sofa when her phone rang. She saw the number was an unfamiliar number. She hesitated for 5 seconds before picking it.

She kept quiet on the phone and waited for the other end to speak first. There was silence on both sides for a moment; the air was tense. Lina was starting to feel frustrated. "If you call someone only to keep quiet, then you have no future and also a bastard," she stated angrily.

"Hey, hey, I'm sorry. Slow down, it's me, Daniel," came a nervous tone.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that. But you should have said something in the first place."

"You don't have to apologize, it's actually my fault. I didn't know the call was already connected," he explained.

"Oh, it's okay... but wait, how did you get my number?

"It's no big deal how I got it" he said and chuckled lightly

"Oh, okay then. Goodnight, bye," she said and laid down on the bed with the phone still sticking to her ear

"So fast? Oh Okay goodnight boo, sleep well" he said

Lina hummed in response and then hung up the phone. She placed the phone on the bedside table, turned off the light, and rested her head on the pillow. As soon as her head touched the pillow, she fell asleep.

Bella came out of the bathroom wrapped in a towel two minutes after Lina fell asleep. She put on her sleeping gown before lying down next to Lina and was welcomed to Dreamland.
