Elizabeth had always dreamed of being a musician. She would spend hours practicing on her guitar, perfecting her songs and melodies. Her Dad who look over her ever since Elizalbeth loss her mom in a car accident, had always been supportive of her musical aspirations, and had even enrolled her in a music school to help her develop her skills even further.

Today was a big day for Elizabeth. She had been selected to perform at the school's annual talent show, and she was more than ready to showcase her talent to the world. As she walked onto the stage, guitar in hand, she felt a wave of nervous excitement wash over her.

The crowd erupted into cheers and applause as Elizabeth began strumming her guitar and singing. She was lost in the music, feeling the rhythm and melody take hold of her. But as she reached the chorus of her song, something strange happened.

Elizabeth felt a sudden pain in her chest, and her heart began to race. She stopped playing, her breath coming in short gasps. The crowd fell silent, watching in concern as Elizabeth swayed on stage.

She tried to keep playing, but her fingers felt numb and her chest felt tight. Suddenly, everything went black and Elizabeth felt herself falling to the ground.

When she woke up, she was in a hospital room. Her dad were by her side, looking worried and scared. Elizabeth couldn't understand why they were so upset. Surely this was just a minor setback, a momentary blip in her musical journey.

But as the doctors began their tests, they discovered that Elizabeth had a rare kidney condition that could pose a serious threat to her health. They urged her to stop playing the guitar and to avoid any strenuous physical activity that could trigger a heart attack.

Elizabeth was devastated. Music had always been her passion, her greatest love. How could she give it up now, just when she was starting to make progress?

As she lay in her hospital bed, watching the world go by outside her window, Elizabeth knew that she had a tough decision to make.
