Rexy's Archenemy

"But it's not like you care about it, it's not like you had any feelings for Lea or anything" Kai teases Rexy and shrugs, but then he realizes that Rexy has disappeared before finding him heading towards the boy.

Meanwhile, Lea, Katty, and Abby are still chatting and gossiping about Rexy, as if Rexy is a mystery they need to solve. But then someone leans over to their table in a flirting manner.

"hey their ladies," he said in a flirty smirk and tone.

"What do you want, Eric?" Katty asked, Katty is not a big fan of playboys.

"Hi?" Lea said awkwardly, now Lea is not a fan of playboys too, but the problem is she can't tell if a boy is a playboy or not.

"Hey there, my name is Eric, and may I know what your name is miss?" the boy named Eric asked.

Eric is the most popular boy in school, with his blonde hair and green eyes. If there's a rank for the most popular boy in school, Eric would be on top, followed by Kai. Eric is good at sports, handsome, tall, and very gentle with girls, but it's only a little mask he puts on, Eric is a person full of lies but he's very good at it, the only people he can't be fool of are Rexy and Kai, but who'll ever believe Rexy who's a bully? Kai might be popular too but he's also a friend of Rexy.

"Oh, I'm Lea," Lea said cheerfully. Eric leaned closer to her and whispered.

"I gotta say, you're gorgeous miss" Eric smirked a little as he moved away, making Lea blush a little which is what Eric wants.

But Rexy had arrived at the scene, his cold blue eyes glaring at Eric and his arms crossed.

"well Lea, I don't know you've been hanging out with bullies now," Rexy said to Lea, his face was expressionless and his tone was cold as ice, it could send shivers to everyone. But it doesn't seem to affect Eric, which makes Rexy a little annoyed.

"A bully?" Lea frowned and he looked confused.

"Well, well, if it isn't our little T-Rex" Eric scoffed, he might be smiling but his eyes were cold, and was staring directly at Rexy.

Eric turned around to face Lea and he switches back to his playful and cheerful expression.

"Oh, well I was a bully when I was in junior high school but I'm not a bully anymore. I regret what I did back then and I've changed now," Eric said to Lea, looking innocent and everything, making Rexy more annoyed now.

"You're not gonna believe this bully over me, right?" Eric said to Lea, fooling her.

"Well..." Lea was about to say something but Rexy cut her off.

"Don't trust him, he's just a liar!" Rexy said in an annoyed tone, losing his cold and calm demeanor.

"Oh, Rexy, I'm not a liar, you are the one who's a liar," Eric said coldly as he looked at Rexy.

Eric moved closer to Rexy and looked down at him, Rexy was tall enough for his age, but Eric was still a few centimeters taller than Rexy. Eric looked right into Rexy's eyes, Rexy looked like he's gonna kill Eric, and Rexy would kill Eric if he was allowed to. From the atmosphere, around the two enemies, looks like a fight is about to happen. But luckily before a fight could happen, Kai had separated them and was trying to calm Rexy down before Rexy had lost control of himself, again.

Eric looked at Kai and Rexy both coldly, Kai might be friends with almost everyone in school, but he's not friends with Eric and he will never be, not even if you pay him. Kai glared at Eric. Kai is as tall as Eric and they both are popular so if a fight between them did happen, a war could happen in this school.

There is only silence for a moment, the atmosphere between them is so intense, making them the center of attention. Until Eric broke the silence and said to Lea:

"See Lea, this is why you should stay away from people like Rexy and also his friends," Eric said in a little softer tone while giving a last glare at Rexy before walking away.

Kai's gaze softened as he turned around to face Rexy, he took a deep breath before saying:

"Why would you do that?" Kai's expression is saying something like "I'm gonna kill you for doing that", and Rexy just rolled his eyes.

"None of your business," Rexy said and walked away too, before Kai ran over to him. Leaving Lea, Katty, and Abby shocked and speechless.

The incident in the cafeteria spread around the school so fast like wildfire, and everyone started to gossip around, making theories and rumors. People start to ask their friends who had their junior high school times with Rexy, asking for confirmation and others. Now that these rumors and everything are starting to spread around the school, it feels like Rexy is getting more and more of a mystery than before. Rexy is not like Eric who you can just come over to and ask questions about, Rexy is the opposite of friendly, he's only friendly to certain people like Kai, Inx, and Kyle.

The incident at the cafeteria is more shocking than the incident that morning, which makes Lea more famous than before, in resulting other students starting to ask her stuff that he can't even enjoy the rest of the day. It was only her first day in this new school and two incidents had happened, Lea sighed lazily after school.

Lea walked home tiredly, today was not a good first day of school. Lea's mood is getting a little down, but thankfully the nice fresh breeze of fall always manages to cheer her up. Lea cycles back home with her yellow bicycle after school, she's supposed to go home with Kyle but Kyle says he's hanging out with Inx which Lea knows means that he's hanging out with Rexy -- even tho Kyle mentioned nothing about Rexy.

Lea was supposed to go home immediately but she was planning to go to the mini-market first, she wanted to buy some snacks to stock in her room. But she can't buy too much, or else her mother will find out and her mother doesn't like it when Lea sneaks snacks into her room.

The nearest mini-market is in the opposite direction to her house, which means it'll be dark by the time she arrives there. But Lea doesn't need to worry, cause this girl knows self-defense. Lea entered the mini market, bought some snacks, and immediately cycled back home. It's already getting dark, but Lea is not scared... well, maybe she's just a little scared.

But right when she was cycling back home, she saw something shiny from under the pile of leaves. Lea stopped to check, it was a cat pendant. It's made out of gold and has two tiny emeralds as its eyes. It's pretty, Lea knows that she needs to hand this back to its owner, but... it won't hurt to try it on. But when Lea put it on the necklace, the emeralds started to glow, and suddenly a green beam of light appeared from the necklace and shot from the necklace to the sky.

Making a green pillar of light that can be seen even from the city. Lea is surprised but then it stops, and the green beam of light disappears. Lea panicked a little and tried to take off the necklace but then she realized that she couldn't, no matter how hard she tried the necklace just won't come off. Lea can have a panic attack at the moment, so she immediately grabs her bicycle and cycles back home. Little did she know, that she had awakened a creature because of that necklace and that her life would never be the same again.
