Alpha Ryley Ericsson faces Stephane as I watch the scene, vaguely wondering which one will win the fight. After all whoever wins, my situation won't change, neither of them wanting to listen to me. I am for them only a trophy or a toy which they snatch with arrogance.

"You give yourself too much importance smart bag, as if your life or your death had any interest for me" Taunts the vampire as he presses his blade against the wolf's bare chest. She will become my source, whether you die or live!

The dagger leaves a bloody mark on the skin of the alpha who remains totally stoic. His calm blue eyes don't move an eyelash, as if he fears nothing despite the extremely dangerous situation for him.

" I will not let you put your dirty teeth on her again," he finally answers with a predatory smile.
