CHAPTER 23 RECEIVING HER PARENTS

After getting home, Amelia went to her room and changed her clothes. She wore a blue sweater with a cross-check trouser. She went to the lounge and began working on her laptop. She had to respond to a lot of emails. While Kaylee was talking on her cell. She would stay with them for a couple of days because she had a dispute with her mother.

Chloe and Leo were watching television.

They were all busy when someone knocked on the front door.

Leo opened the door. It was Dylan. Leo realized he'd seen him somewhere but he couldn't recall exactly where.

"Hi man! Who are you?" asked Leo casually.

Dylan did not answer his question, but asked him instead.

"Is Amelia here?" Dylan asked.

Hearing the voice. Amelia stopped working and hurried to the entrance. Kaylee hung up the phone, Chloe switched off the TV. Leo was unable to understand their reaction.

"What the heck are you doing here?" Amelia asked.

"So you're all going to ask me all the questions here on the door," Dylan said.
