CHAPTER 129

Ms. Ruby delivered the dinner to Amelia and Dylan's room. In the room, Delilah served them dinner. After dinner, they went to the balcony, where Dylan sat on the sofa and Amelia sat on his lap, her legs wrapped around his waist, her head resting on his chest, and she began drawing patterns on his chest with her finger. Dylan encircled her in his arms as well.

"Did my baby girl have a bad day?" Dylan inquired because his baby girl had previously mentioned that she had a rough day. 

"Hmmm..." Amelia responded, her voice sad and innocent. She looked at Dylan with her doey eyes  and sighed and rested her head on Dylan's chest again. 

"Ms Caroline screamed at me for making a small mistake," Amelia complained  like a kid that was about to cry because her teacher had scolded her.

"Is she the same lady you saw in the hospital and then hid behind me?" Dylan enquired. He remembered the day when he went to see Amelia in the hospital being in a bad mood because of Rachel.
