Her blonde therapist flattened her pencil skirt and crossed one leg over the other, a gentle smile on her lips. "My phone is never on silent. That's part of the job and I love my job, Marley. It's really good to see you again."
"You too. Thank you for being so understanding." She set her gratitude journal in her lap, fiddling with the corner of the cover. "Thank you for coming to see me," she added. "And, scheduling more future appointments. That is something to be very proud of."
