It was a windy Monday morning and walking down the empty streets filled me with tension.
Who knows what could happen?
Only thing I could hear were my light footsteps and the occasional bird chirping in the sky. Everything felt weirdly calm. Suddenly a wave of wind came from behind, pushing my black strands of hair back in a straight line.
Weird.
But that was not it. People came and flooded the streets in a matter of seconds. This all feels like a simulation.
Incoherent sentences could be heard from the people around me, it didn't sound like a language I had ever heard. No one seemed to pay any attention to me since they kept bumping me left and right.
I fell to the ground. My knees were red and sticky with blood that kept pouring out, eventually there was a patch of bright red that painted the grey concrete. Still no one bated an eye or offered me a hand to get up.
I stood there in the middle of the crowd. Tears, hot tears streamed down my pink cheeks and onto my silky skirt. At this point I was sobbing my eyes out while people ignored me, another strong gust of wind blew past and everyone around me turned to ash and scattered in the sky.
I was confused. I was scared.
I got up and ran. I didn't know where but I just kept going until I collapsed and fell. My vision went black and I woke in an all to familiar place.
My room, in my bed, in my clothes and in the same position I fell asleep in.
So it was all just a dream...
coming soon
