Elizabeth and the others ran into the room and saw me standing over Zephyr, who was still unconscious. They asked me what I did, and if I had killed him, but I didn't respond. I walked past them back to the courtyard and watched the fighting that was taking place. I looked around and finally found the wolf protecting a little girl and her mother from a soldier.

I raised my hand, and the soldier dropped to the ground, everyone did. The loud battlefield became countless people fast asleep on the floor. I called the wolf to me, and she jumped up from the first floor to the second. We walked back to the small room, and Elizabeth asked me what I did, but this time she grabbed me by my collar and I saw my reflection.

I looked as emotionless as I felt and that startled her. I went over to Zephyr, and Keith noticed that the castle was now dead silent. He went with Donatello to check what had happened, and while they did, I looked the wolf in her eyes and asked her to lend me her strength. She lowered her head in agreement, and I placed my left hand on Zephyr's head and my right on hers.

I said a spell used only once by the founder of the Old Religion. One so powerful, the power must be distributed amongst others. If it's not, the sheer power of the spell can rip any soul in two. The spell made a giant wave of golden dust that travelled for miles until the entire world was encased by it. Everyone started feeling dizzy and tired, and slowly began to fall asleep, everyone except me and the wolf.

Nathaniel asked me what I had done, but I ignored him. He managed to stagger towards me and ask me once again what I had done, so I kissed him and told him that I just saved the world.
