Chapter 15

A shirt-less Leo Lee was the first thing Bambi saw! With all her might she punch him on the nose! Ready to make a run for it, Patty softly said "Miss Bambi you fainted." Stopping mid-air she sat back down.

Blood drip from Leo Lee injurie, Juan went to hand him a towel. Bambi felt bad once she saw what she had done. Taken notice of this Patty started to explain but got interrupted by two paramedics. Pedro had called them a while back, just in case Bambi didn't wake up quickly (becouse nobody wants to go to jail if something happens to the boss's daughter!). The paramedics didn't know who to attend to first. Since it look like there might be more than one patient. One went to check on Bambi the other one went to attend to Leo Lee.

A woman walk-in her white heels stop at the sight in front of her. Everyone turn to look at the woman in a black blouse and black dress pants. She was holding two water bottles.

Vanessa stood in the doorway dropping one! She was shock to see a shirt-less Leo Lee and Bambi's soft pink blouse, had become see-through once it was wet..... Good thing Patty had cover her chest with a towel or they would have seen her bra! "What's going on here?? asked Vanessa. A very annoyed Leo Lee rolled his eyes, sensing his annoyance Perdo pulled Vanessa out of the office. Juan follow them, it was best to move out of the way and let the paramedics work.

Pedro started talking about random things he slowly took Vanessa to the front of the building. He gave her a real big smile "Well, have a nice day!" then he shut the door.... then... he lock it... Vanessa was left in a daze. Did she just get kicked out?? Yeah! She had no choice but to go back home.

Back in the office the paramedics had pack up their equipment. Bambi was fine she was just dehydrated causing her to faint. Being nervous didn't help much either also she didn't eat much. As for Leo Lee he look much worse than Bambi. He had a slight red bump on his nose. Thankfully the bleeding had stop or Bambi would of felt more guilty.

Patty asked the cousins to fix the back yard up. Behind the building they had a table and chairs that they would use as a resting area. Patty told Bambi that she could dry up outside, looking at her wet clothing...she followed Patty.

Being outside, the building gave enough shade. It was a hot day, very soon Bambi's navy skirt and light pink blouse dryed up. By then the cousins walked in with calamansi ( it's a citrus fruit very popular in the Philippines and refreshing) drinks. A tray of fresh fruits including mangos! Bambi dig in, and she instantly felt hydrated and energized.

The four ate and talked, then it got quiet as Leo Lee walked over. He had a gray t-shirt on and was holding a small bag of ice to his nose. He sat down next to Patty. "How are you feeling Mr. Lee?? asked Patty with concern. Leo Lee looked at Bambi. "I feel fine, after being punch by Bambi Pacquiao!*" said Leo Lee in all seriousness. (*A very famous boxer of the Philippines👊)

Bambi blush, why was this guy picking on her again....

As always the cousins busted out laughing, Patty hush them. Seeing how shy Bambi was Patty asked if she would like a ride to her hotel. Bambi answered "No thank you, I have car service I will get pick up. Thank you Patty you been very helpful. I appreciate what you and everyone had done for me." And just like that Patty was won over by Bambi.... not only was this young lady pretty but she also have manners.

Leo Lee was on deep thoughts, when he turn to look at Bambi. "How about you come over for lunch tomorrow?...And we can continue with the contract." his voice was clear and honest. Bambi nodded, stood up and excuse herself.

The car service was quick to pick her up. Perdo had walked Bambi out to side walk. "Miss Bambi you get your rest, tomorrow I will be doing the cooking!" Perdo said proudly. "Oh that means its going to be delicious, right." Bambi smile.

Bambi's cell phone had two messages. One from her friend and another one from C0DE, the Lion Emperor.
