1st Hospital…

After Hiruzen was done discussing Naruto's condition with the doctor in the head doctor's room he left the hospital for today as it is already too late in the night.

While Naruto was taken to the best room of the hospital to rest, as he didn't have any problem breathing the doctors didn't give Oxygen to him.

After the doctors left Naruto alone he lies down on bed silently without any kind of movement as if he is dead.

The next morning…

Naruto started shaking violently as if something is happening within his body.

The doctor who is in shift duty at this time quickly came near him to check what is wrong with him but he found nothing and said out loud "Is the Kyuubi getting out????

Shit, I need to call the head doctor before things go worst…"

After the doctor left Naruto's room his body finally stopped shaking and he finally opened his eyes with surprise.

Hiruzen is currently reading some reports about other villages one of them is about Kirigakure.

"Yagura again annihilated one more clan of his village, I should send a team and try to recruit some of the leftovers members if possible. " Hiruzen thought with a sigh.

After putting down the paper at hand he looked at his Crystal ball then thought 'I should look at the kid's current condition in the hospital. '

As soon as he opened the Crystal ball he saw Naruto cursing at somebody and said with wonder "Oh God!!! Did he got crazy from the accident or something??? I should hurry up and go to the hospital before something bad happens… " with that Hiruzen stood up from his seat.

As Hiruzen arrived at his office door A shadow arrived behind him.

"What is it now be quick??? " Hiruzen said with a serious tone because he needs to hurry or God Knows want might happen.

"Lord 3rd the relatives of the villagers that we captured are complaining. " Dog said with worry.

"Stop wasting my time and execute the captured immediately and if you find any more people are involved do the same for them as well. " Hiruzen said with no emotion at all.

"What about the council??? " Dog asked with a nod.

"I am the Hokage I don't give a damn about the council, just do as I say, also remind them of their crime they almost put the whole village in danger because of what they were doing. " Hiruzen replied with a strong tone without giving any face to the council.

"Yes, this time it went a little too far. " Dog said with a nod and wondered what could have happened if Naruto really died and the Kyuubi got set free. The most fearful thing is there is no one around the village to stop Kyuubi this time and the village might even be got destroyed by it.

So the crime is not a small one to be overlooked.

After the dog left the area Hiruzen also hurried left the Tower to go to the hospital.

After Naruto was done with his scolding period he finally noticed something and said "Where am I this isn't space ship cabin??? "

After looking around Naruto said with a nod while sitting on the bed with some efforts "This looks like a hospital. "

Ken had never seen a place like this before in his life but he knew from the looks around him that it is a hospital.

"Where is this place I have never seen a hospital like this in my life before shouldn't the hospitals become advanced by now??? " Ken thought while marveling his surroundings and the conditions of the room which isn't to his liking.

After some thinking, he felt really hot because of the weather and the climate change as he looked to see if the AC is working properly as he asked "The fan is not working that well, which I understand, but where is the AC??? "

As Ken was looking around the door of the cabin opened and a man with glasses walked inside with normal Doctors white clothing while another man with some kind of doctor's clothing flowed inside the room right behind him.

"You have finally woke up kid??? " The head doctor/Glasses said with a smile while thinking 'Good now I don't have to worry about Hokage's wrath. '

"Are you a doctor here??? " Ken asked the glasses with a blank expiration while thinking 'From his looks should have a high ranking here if he is a doctor here because the middle-aged man is showing respect towards him while walking behind him... '

"Yes My name is Doctor Kevin and I was in charge of your operation after the accident. " Glasses old doctor Kevin said with a nod while sitting on the chair beside Naruto/Ken.

"So after the accident, I was brought here and you treated me??? " Ken asked with an understanding nod while looking at the man whom he never saw before in his life.

"Yes, and it was pretty difficult healing you because of those heavy injuries you sustained. " Kevin said with an honest nod because they didn't expect Naruto to heal at all but thanks to some miracle he is alive now.

"Good now leave me alone I want to read a little. " Ken said with an understanding nod while thinking 'So after the explosion, I somehow survived and brought in this hospital to get medical attention but the thing I don't understand how is it possible for me to be alive after that kind of accident. '

"Yes, I will leave you alone after all you have gone through a huge accident. " Kevin said with an understanding nod while looking at Naruto.

"Oh right I forgot to thank you, doctor, you know I didn't expect to be alive after that kind of accident. " Ken said with a smile looking at the doctor who saved his life from where even he lost all his hope.

"It was only my duty to save your life there is no need to thank me. " Kevin said with a satisfying smile.

As Kevin was only a step away from the door Ken asked "Can you give me a better room because this room is really uncomfortable and hot also I want you to give me a room with Ac. "

"What do you mean by better room this is the best room we got in the hospital and I don't know what Ac is but if you are feeling hot... " Kevin said with confusion because this is the first time he heard someone complaining about the room and what is this AC the kid is talking about he never heard of before in his life but as a doctor who is in charge of this kid by Hokage's order needs to make sure he doesn't suffer. So he turned toward the other doctor and asked "Dr. Amik can you open the window, please. "

"Yes, doctor. " Amik went near the window and opened the window with a nod after which a cold and entered through the window and made the room temperature lower.

"Is it good enough now??? " Kevin asked looking at Naruto who is absent-minded after opening the door.

"Yes much better. " Ken said with absent-mindedly looking at the window from which he saw people jumping through one roof to another and such things with wonder while thinking 'Is this reality or am I dreaming because the people look like they are shinobis from Anime that I used to watch when I was young. '

"If you think so. " Kevin said with a nod then added

"Ok then we will go now take care of yourself Naruto and if you need to eat just call us ok. "

As the doctor left with those words Ken's mind kept getting "Naruto~"

'Wait what did he meant Naruto??? ' Jen thought while looking at the people jumping from rooftop to another and suddenly saw a shinobi headband with Konoha symbol on it as he started thinking "Shinobi!!! Naruto!!! Shinobi!!! Naruto!!! "

While Ken was deep in thoughts his head startled hurting suddenly for some reason as he couldn't endure the pain he held his head with both of his hands and asked himself with a dry tone 'What is going on! What are those memories? '

As the memories started playing like a movie

Inside his head, Ken started feeling he is reliving another life once again but he couldn't

Control of interfering with any of his actions but he explained everything that happened with Naruto till now his suffering, his pain, and a little bit of happiness he had in this little life if his.

While looking at the mirror he said "So I didn't make it after all and somehow transmigrated and become Naruto. "

As he was done looking in the mirror and found himself full of bandages he gave a sigh then returned to the bed and said "From now Ken is no more and I will live as Naruto Uzumaki but I won't take the same root as him because I am not him. "

And with a smile, he lies on the bed then closed his eyes and started remembering how Naruto gets in such a situation.

Memories before Naruto was half dead.

Naruto was returning to his house that he got from the Hokage when he was thrown out of the orphanage.

On his way, to his home he was getting that looks from the villagers with something like they started to shout at him "demon" why don't you die" and whatnot then finally someone threw a stone at him which hit on his head and he started bleeding which made him really angry so, he could not take it anymore

"Why you" finally Naruto shouted at the villagers from anger but he didn't do anything more and started walking the way he should

When Naruto shouted out loudly the villagers got a little afraid which made them, even more, angrier than before. So, they went in front of him after dragging him a little on the ground they took him to a nearby tree and tied him with rope with the tree.

"You demon how dare you curse at us? " the villagers shouted at him and started to hit him without considering that he is a 10 years old kid and he almost died from torture and lost his consciousness.

After Naruto was done thinking about his the things happend with him till now he gave a long sigh as he said "Man those villages are really dumb. Well, what can you expect of the lowly commoners and useless peoples that can be manipulated very easily? "

While looking at the sky through the window Naruto asked himself "I wonder what would he get when he gets the recognition from those worthless people. In my opinion, the man who has money is the most respected man of all and I think the same could be said for this world as well. "

While thinking he saw a shinobi passing by the window and asked "Isn't money the reason that everyone even shinobies are working so hard. "
