Chapter 20 evil intentions

"I'm so sorry, child. I wanted to take you shopping, but I never imagined something like this would happen," Sofia said apologetically, sitting in the car with Coral, whose spirits were dampened after the incident.

"No, Aunty Sofia, it was your kind intention to take me shopping. But the good thing is, I noticed what was happening so that other girls could be saved," Coral replied, her voice filled with gratitude. Sofia wrapped her arms around Coral in a comforting hug.

Coral couldn't shake off the uncomfortable feeling she had encountered. The energy she sensed was twisted, dark, and filled with lust. It made her uneasy, especially when she noticed someone of the opposite gender looking at her body with such eyes.

She believed that only her future mate had the right to gaze at her in that way.

After arriving home, Coral went directly to her room while Sofia retired to her own room to rest.

Late at night, 11:12 PM...

Alexander was on his way home, having heard about the incident that took place at the mall. He had already taken care of the situation.

The person who had installed the cameras was an old man whose name he couldn't recall. He was a perverted man who took advantage of young girls. Even if a girl took action against him, no action taken because of his background . However, today, Coral had become another victim of his devious acts, and Alexander couldn't let him get away with it.

Alexander had gathered substantial evidence of the man's illegal activities. Now, the man would rot in prison with his remaining life, considering his old age of sixty-eight.

As he hoped that Coral was okay, his mother had informed him that she was feeling uncomfortable.

"Sir," Assistant Gu spoke, catching Alexander's attention. Alexander raised an eyebrow in response.

"Sir, your schedule for tomorrow has been cleared, so you can take a day off," Assistant Gu informed him in a professional tone. However, his mind was curious as to why Alexander needed a day off, as he had never taken one before.

"Hm," Alexander nodded in acknowledgement.

Upon reaching home, the driver opened the door, and Alexander walked inside, bidding farewell to Assistant Gu as the driver left to drop him off. He made his way to the living room, where the butler greeted him, mentioning that everyone had already finished dinner.

Alexander quickly ascended the stairs to the third floor, heading toward his room. However, his expression hardened as soon as he entered.

Nancy blushed when she saw the tall man standing at the door. She was wearing a seductive suspenders, lying on his bed. She believed no man could resist such an invitation.

"What the hell are you doing in my room?" Alexander's voice turned cold and sharp, causing Nancy to tremble in fear.

"I-I..." Alexander reached for his phone, intending to call the butler, but Nancy daringly snatched it from his grasp.

"Alexander... I like you..." Nancy attempted to embrace him, but he forcefully pushed her away, causing her to stumble and fall to the ground.

She had lit a drug-infused incense in the room, so Alexander couldn't control himself. Thinking of this, Nancy inwardly smiled evilly.

Alexander, on the other hand, grew even more furious. He retrieved his phone, locked the door, trapping Nancy inside his room, and finally called the butler to remove her from his room.

His head felt light, and he urgently made his way to the living room. However, as he reached the first floor, his attention shifted elsewhere.

Without a second thought, his legs instinctively guided him toward the pink door. It felt as though the world around him was spinning. The door was unlocked, and as he opened it, he took a deep breath, his focus shifting to the figure sleeping peacefully on the bed.
