Eruption

"Thank you, Lukas." Isabella opened the back door.

"Wait! Isabella!"

Lukas looked at the trembling Isabella and took off his coat. "Put this on. I'll wait for you here."

Isabella shook her head. "No need. You should go back to the hospital to take care of Rosy. I can go back to school myself."

"Isabella, let me drive you!"

"There's no need. We'll be fine here."

"You can't always wait for me," Isabella said softly, looking at Lukas with wet eyes. "Sooner or later, we have to part, right?"

Lukas was stunned, and Isabella got off the car.

She went to the dressing room to dry herself and change her clothes. And then she picked up her schoolbag and went to the manager's office.

Tonight's performance was ruined again, and the costume inside was also wet. She didn't know if the manager could only ask for half the money.
