Lei Xi!!!

Lin Xiu threw her phone on the king sized bed and went out to look at the stars. It was one of the things she finds refreshing to do. Now that she was back, her life will for sure take an unexpected turn. For the first time in 3 years, she was actually prepared for something even though she knew nothing about what was going to come her way. After stargazing for a while, she took a shower and went to bed. She had a lot of work to do the next day.

In another part of the city, a man sat in the dark holding a cigarette in one hand. He seemed very comfortable in the dark. Suddenly, the door opened.

"Sir.... here is the report you asked for" a man dressed in a blue suit walked in holding a file.

Ling Qin almost choked from the smoke that engulfed the room but he dared not complain. In an instant,the lights were switched on. The took the file from Ling Qin and started reading slowly. His hair was a little messy and his face showed all evidence of tiredness but that did not affect his handsomeness at all. This man was living proof that some men were just better looking than others.

He stared at the pages with a deep brown eyes while his long and slender fingers held each page. Ling Qin silently blamed the heavens for being very unfair.

"Is this all of it?"Lei Xi asked. He was obviously not satisfied with what he saw.

"Ye....yes sir...." Ling Qin said in shock. He was in a trance just now and did not know when Lei Xi talked to him.

"Tell him to give me a full detailed report and not this trash he gave me to read." Lei Xi said in a calm but angry voice.

"Yes sir.... " Ling Qin said shaking slightly. He turned around and was about to leave when he suddenly remembered something. He walked slowly and cautiously towards his boss

"What is it? "Lei Xi asked.

"Sir... miss Shi Meng is outside waiting for you... she wanted to know if you would follow her to choose the venue for your engage...." Ling Qin stopped when Lei Xi shot a glance at him.

"I'll just tell her that you're busy" Ling Qin said as he left.

Shi Meng who had been waiting downstairs was getting impatient. She didn't know why she had to wait to see the a man who will be her fiancée in a couple of days. She was about going upstairs to meet him when Ling Qin walked towards her.

"Tell me what did he say?" Shi Meng asked excitedly.

"Miss.... he said that he is very busy and he won't be able to accompany you" Ling Qin answered. Shi Meng was very disappointed, but this was not the first time Lei Xi had refused her request to accompany her.

"Lei Xi!!!! a voice shouted from behind them.
