Chapter 2

" I feel bad for Miranda, she lost her mother, then she lost you,"

Angela was playing with his button.

" She has already lost me a long time ago,"

I was so shocked, I quickly leave.

" Who is there?"

" Nobody is there,"

" You have to leave, I don't want Miranda to see you here,"

" If she sees, she sees it is not any of my business,"

" You got to leave right now,"

" Okay, I will leave if you give me a kiss,"

" Fine,"

They both kissed each other deeply.

Why is this happening to me? since when was he cheating me? Why didn't I notice it? How can he throw away 3 years of a relationship like that? I have a lot of questions but no one to answer me. He didn't find anybody to cheat on, it is my step-sister, Angela. Everything all crumbles today. What should I do?

[Eda comes in]

" Miranda, are you still shedding tears?"

" Eda, how can one betray each other so easily?"

" What happened?"

" Andrew cheated on me with Angela?"

" What, why your step-sister?"

" I don't know, what should I do. Mom died today, the boyfriend I dated for 3 years is cheating on me,"

" Miranda I know it is hard for you to take in but that is just the harsh realities of life, you have to deal with it,"

I was crying so heavily. Eda hugged me and then I fall asleep.

" Such a girl who knows no sorrow is being like this, her father can't even comfort her, what a father she has?"

[The next day]

Andrew texted me that I should meet him, he wants to tell me something. I know what he wants to say but I want to go and ask him why he decided to cheat on me? Were our 3 years of relationship not mean anything to him? I want to ask him those questions. I arrived at the place, the first time we both met which is at the bridge.

" You are here,"

" Yes, I am,"

" Did you remember, this is the place we both met the first time,"

" Yes,"

How can I not remember?

" I am sorry for what happened to your mom, I know you are sad right now but everything starts for a reason,"

" Can you spare all that useless talk and tell me why you cheated on me?"

" What are you talking about?"

" I saw you in the kitchen yesterday with Angela, you were kissing and doing all those nonsense,"

" You saw us," He was laughing.

" What's so funny?"

" Miranda, you know saying the truth does not help anybody, you should have kept quiet,"

" Why should I keep quiet?"

He was coming closer to me, I began to get scared. What is he doing? I hit my back on the bridge.

" Miranda, you should leave this world and before you do, let me tell you something.."

He whispered to my ear.

" I killed your mom,"

" What,"

Before I said anything he holds my neck, I couldn't breathe. I tried to talk but I couldn't. Nobody was passing there. Instead of letting him killed me, I would rather jump inside the water. I used my hand and removed his hand and I jumped inside the water.
