“But you’re giving him leave to look by not stating he can’t in a contract. By leaving him hanging on the status of his relationship with you, he may opt to find another relationship that provides him with more emotional security. Jamie isn’t looking for a sugar daddy, but he does want someone who loves him. If you can’t commit, maybe you should get out of the relationship now, before he is too hurt.” Greg took a sip of his bottled water and offered some to Bull.

Bull shook his head. “What happens when he stops loving me? What happens when he dumps me?”

Monday

Reed let Jamie and Bull go early on Monday so they could stop at Jamie’s condo to get some more of his clothing and other things he needed to stay longer at Bull’s house. Jamie picked up Misch’s basket and his pillow.

“Why does he need so many beds?” Bull asked Jamie.
