2 Bus ride Casanova

[AYANOKOJI POV]

April. Ayanokoji rode the bus to his new school, bobbing and shaking in his seat. While he looked idly out his window, watching the city's scenery change, the bus picked up more and more passengers.

Most of them were young people wearing high school uniforms.

He was fortunate enough to have found a seat, but it was still crowded. The weather was especially fine today, not a single cloud in the sky. It was so refreshing that Ayanokoji almost fell asleep.

However, his gentle respite was promptly obliterated.

-

''Excuse me, but shouldn't you offer up your seat?''

Ayanokoji's closed eyes snapped back open. A young, well-built blond man of high school age had sat down in one of the priority seats. The elderly woman stood right next to him, and another woman stood beside her. This second, younger lady appeared to be an office worker.

''Hey, you there. Can't you see that this elderly woman is having trouble?'' the office lady said.

She seemed to want the young man to offer up his seat. Her voice carried quite well throughout the quiet bus, attracting several people's attention.

-

However, Ayanokoji's thoughts were elsewhere, utterly disregarding the drama unfolding in front of him. He was ready to start school for the first time in his life and needed to figure out what he needed to accomplish. He no longer has to be concerned about his freedom once he arrives there.

Seduction is a psychological game, not a beauty contest, and because it is a game, anyone can learn to perfect it. All that is required is a new perspective on the world, as seen through the eyes of a seducer.

-

''Wha— You're a high schooler, aren't you?! You should be quiet and listen to what adults tell you!'' The commotion appeared to be ongoing, with the blonde guy showing zero intention of giving up his seat.

If seeing the world through new eyes is what's required, this could be an excellent place to start. Ayanokoji promptly raised his hand.

''Uhh...you can have my seat if you want'' Ayanokoji stood up and motioned for the elderly lady to take his seat. The passengers' obvious sighs of relief were audible to him. The granny nodded a wide smile on her face and thanked him and the office lady repeatedly.

The office lady momentarily calmed down from her frustrations, seamlessly satisfied with the outcome.

-

Despite his good deed, Ayanokoji is no saint, he has a very low desire to solve some stranger's problem unless he gets something out of it. Then why would he then take an active role in this? There are three main reasons behind this.

Number one, the office lady was very hot. Number two, the office lady was very hot. Number three, the office lady was very hot. Important things must be repeated three times.

If giving up his seat is what it takes to make a good impression on her, then so be it. It's a small price to pay. Better than dating a chick with an only-fans account.

She had beautiful matt black hair flowing down her shoulders. Her face was sculpted with no imperfections and she appeared to be in her early 30s. Twenty-five if he had to guess. Her eyes were violet like the most beautiful jewel with a small mole at the corner of her right eye. To finish it off, her body was incomparably voluptuous, her butt perking up against her tight skirt and black stockings that covered her heavenly thighs.

Not only does she have a good impression of Ayanokouji since he helped her, but now he can use this situation as a conversation starter to work to his advantage.

Not to mention this is quite literally the first time he would be talking to a woman with the intent to flirt. He did his fair share of theoretical research but never anything practical.

When he arrives at school, he won't be able to make any mistakes, so he'll use the lady as field practice. After all, even if he fails, he's unlikely to see her again; she's practically a stranger. Whatever way he looks at it, it's a win-win situation.

He stretched his arms before noticing a beautiful girl with raven hair sitting next to him. She exuded maturity, and he could have mistaken her for a college student if she hadn't been wearing the same outfit as me.

Her entire focus was on the book in her hand. She's either oblivious to the situation in front of her or has just chosen to disregard it. The girl had a 'leave me alone' vibe radiating from her.

She was reading 'Crime and Punishment,' which had two words scribbled in ink on the cover page.

'Suzune Horikita'. Must be her name.

As much as Ayanokoji was curious to talk to her, he made sure not to get distracted by her and focused on the task at hand. Besides, he had a feeling he'd see more of that raven beauty in the future.

-

Ayanokoji took a deep breath before getting up and making his way to the beautiful woman.

Horikita peeked her eyes slightly off her book staring at what the peculiar boy was up to.

In his red school uniform Blazer, his imposing tall handsome presence loomed over the business lady. Her back was turned to him.

''Excuse me, ma'am,'' he said in a clear confident tone. His voice was low enough, that only she could hear him. To anybody else, it may appear as if two acquaintances are conversing.

Hearing this deep monotone voice, which had a certain charm to it, she recognized who it was in an instant.

Ayanokoji relaxed as he completed 'Step 1' He felt his eyes ease up and his lips settle down. However, he soon faced his next big hurdle.

Phase 2 of the process. Keeping the conversation going.

He did learn tons of small talk stories and questions beforehand, but he wasn't sure which one he should use. Everyone is fundamentally different after all. His computer-like brain scanned her entire figure to look for a potential clue.

Until finally a beacon of hope shined upon him, almost as if Goddess Aphrodite was in the boy's side. He noticed a certain item she had on her arms. A thick book with the title 'Learn greek in 30 minutes.'

-

''Aside from being sexy, what do you do for a living?'' Ayanokouji asked her with a straight face.

The woman blinked a couple of times, wondering if she misheard him. ''I'm a lawyer.'' She kept her response short and precise.

''Let me guess, you got foreign clients. European I believe..." Ayanokoji pointed at the book on the lady's arm.

The office lady's eyes widened, glimmering in surprise. It wasn't because he somehow knew about her client meetup, but because he was speaking a foreign language!

Greek!

The only reason he knew Greek is cause it happened to be one of the languages he had to learn in the white room.

He noticed dark circles under the office lady's eyes, implying that she had been studying it overnight. But that seemed unproductive given her occupation. Unless she had to do it for a reason. Like having a meeting with foreign clients perhaps.

However, this whole thing is nothing more than a deduction. A gamble if you may. Fortunately, lady luck was smiling down at him.

After a slight surprise, the office lady responded in Greek, "It is..."

Ayanokoji nodded, he went back to speaking English "Well good luck, I hope you got your do's and don'ts memorized. Those greeks can be quite the hassle."

Then he turned around and prepared to walk away.

Most people would wonder why he was doing this, wasn't his whole plan meant to seduce and woo her off her feet! On the contrary, this is where the game begins. Like a skilled fisherman, he placed the bait, all that's left is for her to get lured in.

"Wait!" The office lady called out, right on cue.

With graceful movements, Ayanokouji turned around. With the fish now caught, it's time for him to reel her in.

-

"What did you mean by that?" Her attention was captured. So far so good.

"Ah you know, the basics. Like never getting them Turkish coffee"

The office lady's eyebrows arched upwards. "And why's that?..."

"Although they would never openly admit it. The Greeks and Turks have a clear animosity between them."

''No... Turk coffee..'' She retrieved a little notepad from her shirt pocket and began scribbling. She appeared to be sincere about her job. ''Anything else?''

''Yup, if they greet you with two kisses on the cheeks don't be weirded out. It's a customary greeting and they prefer it over shaking hands.''

The office lady nodded while continuing to take notes. ''Gotcha. You seem to know your stuff.''

''My father likes to travel.'' Ayanokouji lied without hesitation. ''If you really want this promotion, I suggest getting them a gift of sorts, preferably food. Cheese is definitely your best bet. Greece is known to be one of the highest consumers of it after all.''

He made a point of emphasizing 'promotion.' Even though he has no idea whether her meeting would result in one, he is well aware that that word attracts corporate people like moths to a lamp.

She stopped writing before staring at Ayanokouji with a doubtful glance. ''Are you suggesting I should bribe them? With cheese?"

Ayanokoji's eyes were amused as he shrugged his shoulders. "If it works, it works."

The office lady gave Ayanokouji a final skeptical look before eventually calling someone on her Bluetooth earpiece. She instructed someone to purchase a fruit basket and a sample of every type of cheese the store has to offer. And with that, she seemed satisfied.

They'd established some common ground with each other by this point. At the very least, the status was changed from "stranger" to "acquaintance." Taking advantage of this opportunity, Ayanokouji carried out the next phase of his plan.

-

''Well, that's all. Cya,'' he said in a chill tone.

Keeping both hands in his pockets he turned and strolled away again. Knowing full well how she's going to respond.

It's basic reverse psychology 101. Making the chased do the chasing.

When she saw Ayanokoji leaving, she panicked.

She had been nervous before being transferred to a different firm because she didn't know anyone there. She was an unfamiliar girl in a brand new office, with no friends, no fellow colleagues to share interests with. To put it simply, her life was shit.

Now, this guy came out of nowhere and stood up her out when no one else would, and he even gave her helpful advice for her critical meeting today.

His simple act of innocent compassion was enough to seal the deal. She doesn't remember the last time her heartbeat was this fast and loud.

He even looked seemed so calm and mature for his age. Maybe because her daily routine is so monotonous, she started craving the unpredictable. She couldn't let him go like that! This boy was too intriguing!

She did her best to stifle the quiver spreading throughout her body. Even though he was still a student, he had a very attractive face, a trace of dangerous desire flashed in her eyes, before she restrained it with her strength of mind developed through decades of mindless office work. Having regained composure, she turned to him.

"Ah! Wait a second!" This time the office lady walked to him, with an eager smile on her face, and red flushed cheeks. Ayanokouji turned and faced her.

''My name's Ayaka, can I have your number?" the office la-Ayaka asked him. She looked at him with expectant eyes.

Ayanokouji was in high spirits. His self-study bore fruit. He still had doubts whether he had it in him, but everything went according to plan. It's always a good idea to do the side quests before starting the main quest.

And just like that, he has gained complete monopoly on the beauty's attention. Like taking candy from a baby. Ecstatic he was just about to give his number....when he suddenly realized something-

[I...don't have a phone]

He was supposed to obtain a school-issued phone once he arrived on campus, so he never saw the need in purchasing one. Ayaka still had her phone held out with a beaming smile.

[This... is... awkward]
