Chapter 3 Gaining the favor of the Supreme Kai

With Nail gathering the dragon balls together in an open area, Dende raised his hand up as his hand glowed and spoke in their native tongue, in turn the dragon balls began to glow and the sky starts to darken. With a bright flash of light, a huge dragon appeared like a genie out of a lamp.

I thought a lot about using the three wishes for some overpowered purposes, but then I remembered Krillin's wish for android 18 and how it couldn't change her back into a human. Since that is the case, then perhaps it will impossible for it to give me god ki or change another biological characteristics of the saiyan race. I thought of having the regeneration ability of the namekians or Majin Buu but I don't think that it will be possible. Furthermore, as a saiyan I want to live in this world by fighting and training. An overpowered ability is something that I have no need for as my power is already overpowered as it together the power of at least 4 saiyans and a fused namek to handle me once I get my legendary form.

Dende " Okay brother Broly, you can ask your wish now."

Before I make this wish, I looked at Nail and said, " Nail I am planning to go train under Supreme Kai for a few years. If something were to happen to Namek and the opponent is too strong for you, make sure you try to contact me and I will come right away to help. Don't you go and die on me. "

Nail smiled and said, " Don't worry too much about us and train yourself. I will also continue to train myself and the other warriors so that it won't come to that. But, I'll remember your words.

" That's good, take care of things then brother." I then looked towards my father and said, " Goodbye father, I will be back soon and stronger too." I then looked up to the dragon and said my wish, " I wish to go to the Supreme Kai of this universe's world."

Dende then proceeded to translate and a few seconds later, I disappeared from my location instantly.

The next moment I opened up my eyes I saw an open field of grass that had its own mountains and large rocks. From beyond this field I could see several planets in the far distance that surrounds the planet that I am on. I looked in front of me and could see the Supreme Kai of universe 7.

Shin (supreme Kai's name) " I was told from the dragon on a small planet called Namek that I would be receiving a visitor."

I bowed slightly and clasped my hands together and said, " Yes. My name is Broly. I am part of the warrior race called the Saiyans and I wish to train under you for a short period of time."

Shin " You wish to train under me? I don't see why I have the need to train a mortal of such a level."

Still in my bowed position, I replied, " My race is a savage race of warriors. This is an almost inherent trait of my race and it is even stronger in me as I possess the genes of the legendary warrior that was foretold of my race. I wish to train on controlling this power."

Shin " You say that, but I don't know the full extent of this power that you tell me about. In order for me to really think about taking you under my tutelage, I wish to see this power and consider whether or not it is worth training you."

" I understand. For you to see a part of my power I will have to go to my wrathful and possible in an ape form which was the origin of our race. The moon is the main trigger for our transformation. If it comes to the point where you must stop me and not kill me, please cut off my tail. It should stop the transformation in bring me back to my current form. "

Shin " Very well then."

He then pointed upwards as a moon started to appear and get closer to the planet. Although a little fearful of losing myself, I understood that I need to experience this at least in order to master it. I boldly looked at the moon.

As soon as I saw the moon, I felt heat surge in my body and an innate primal feeling. This was a primal feeling of anger and wrath. The need to destroy. I shook my head as I tried to shake the feeling but it was beginning to feel a little bit comfortable and I decide to fully embraced it. However, with a loud roar, my mind soon went blank.

Opening my eyes, the first thing that I saw was the bright lit up sky. I was in a laid down position. I got up but struggled as I felt my whole body sore from pain and overexertion of muscles and energy. I looked to the side and saw Shin sitting down with one leg bent position breathing heavily with torn cloths and wounds all over his body. I tried getting up by also noticed how imbalance I felt and I reached behind me and noticed that my tail was gone.

Shin still trying to gather his breath, " that power, is enormous. I understand now by what you meant. If that power is left uncontrolled it can very well destroy part of this universe. I was even tempted to end you now so that the possibility won't ever come up. But then I remember why you came here." Taking in a deep breath he continued, " As gods of this world, we are not to interfere with mortal means unless is disrupts the balance of the universe on the whole. However, your power will indeed cause an imbalance of this universe if left unchecked. For this reason, I, Shin, the the only remaining supreme kai of this world will take you under my tutelage until I feel as though you are ready."

I gather my thoughts quickly and bowed, " Thank you for taking care of me, master."

Shin " Good, I'm sure that you must be feeling tired, we will eat and rest for the day and tomorrow we will begin your training."
