Chapter 3

After one week of what happened, Demin and I always see each other in the canteen, that's why we're close to each other now.

"Hello," He greeted me, oh not me, were in the classroom, and he's standing at the door, but he staring at me.

"ehemmmm!" My classmate teased, and my cheek turn hot!  'what is he doing here?'

"ahm. ma'am, you need to go in faculty" He said at my teacher, and turn at me and he wink! and then he leaves, 'h-he' s so handsome!'

"Hey, Alona, Is Demin is your boyfriend?" My classmate asked me, my eyes winded when I look at him

"No!" I almost exclaimed!

"why, no?" He asked again

"because is a no" I denied, I can't look at him.

"Do you have a crush on him?"

my eyes winded when he asked that, but then, I remained calm and cool, like I'm not affected, but I am!

"I don't know" I answered and stand the class. was done so I start to leave this classroom, for god sake! I'm so stressed with Demin!

When I reach the door, I hold my chest because of shock! Demin is blocking the way!

"oh god! frog!" I said in shock.

"Frog? where?" he laughs at me, but he still handsome.

"What are you doing here?"  I asked.

"I'm waiting for you here, actually"

I looked at him, questioning! Did he have a crush on me?

"Why?" I asked Feeling hard to get.

"I'm waiting for you here, actually" His voice was calm, but my heart is in an adrenaline rush! I feel the butterfly at my stomach!

"Why?" I asked, trying to join be hard to get.

"Let's eat lunch," He said that I need to obey tone! I froze, He started to walk! He didn't even wait for me for my answer, but I didn't say that I don't like it, so I followed him.

When we're in the canteen, other students looking at us, and almost all of the girls, look at me with anger, like they gonna kill me nowhere in front of everyone, and also I'm not that beautiful like others, and hello!, I'm with Demin Castro! a popular here in our school and a lot of girls have to crush on him, but sorry to them, I think Demin has a crush on me!  just kidding.

"Here take a seat" He's a gentleman!

He's the one who ordered the meal, I'm just waiting for him to come back. And when he's back he holding a try with rice with adobo juice.

"Thanks" I Smiled at him, He sat in front of me. I can't eat because he's just staring at me!.

"What?" I asked and fight with his stares.

"Nothing, just eat," He said and Put his elbow at the table and his chin put at his arms and he continued to stare at me.

"I can't eat if you going to stare at me like that," I said at embarrassed. I put down my spoon and look at him directly in his eyes, fighting the adrenaline at my chest.

He laughs "okay, then., let's eat," He said and started to eat.

Were done eating but he still accompanies me to my room.

"Do you have a date in js prom?" He asked while we're walking in the quadrangle. Were going home, because our classes are done.

"None, it's not yet sure if were belong there" I shrugged.

"Hmm," He said and stopped, that's why stopped too and look at him. "Can you be my date?" He asked without even blinking his eyes. I looked at him shocked.

I blink a lot, I want to make sure if I heard it true.

"Can you?" He asked again, he stared at me he waiting for my answer.

'Why me? why me?! what if I fall for this man?'

"Why? why me?" I asked, clearing my voice, I can't believe that this is happening!

He stands straight and scrubbed the back of his neck.

"Because I want you to be my date, is there something wrong with that?" He asked shyly.

'it' s wrong, girls might have war with me'

"Huh? okay," I said, it's hard to refuse.

"Can I join you home, to make sure that you safe?" He said we're at the gate of our school.

"No need, I'm going to commute," I said with my cutest smile.

"Are you sure, I can join your home" he insists.

"No need, I have something to do, before going home," I said and hop in the jeep that passing by.

I sat near the driver that's why I hand over the passenger fees

"Bayad po" (it's the word to use when your commute at the jeep here in the Philippines, the fee is passed to other passengers to be handed over to the driver)

"Other passenger fees," I said and hand over the fee.

"How many?" The driver asked and look at the rear mirror to see who the passenger paid.

"two," He said, I looked at the girl who beside him, She's beautiful, white skin, tall but the guy is taller than her, they're cute as a couple the girl is not comfortable with this kind of situation, maybe it's her first time, They're alike college I not sure of what courses they take.

"Change," The Driver said, I took the change and extended with the guy.

I look at the road when I hear the girl says.

"So, were ride at this cheap jeep to you to flirt someone?" She was haughty.

I looked at them, cheap? tsk

"of course not, it's for you to explore," The guy said,

"I have my car, why don't we ride there babe" The girl insisted.

"Klien, explore" the guy explained, he looks so shy of what his girlfriend said.

The girl just pout.

"Para," I said(it's a word when you're at your destination) The jeep stopped in front of our subdivision.

I walked up to the house.
