MEETING HER

When I came back, I decided to check up on Bella to see if she was awake but after knocking for a while and she did not open up I left for my room, tomorrow morning I will go and see her for now she should rest.

I picked up the phone and it was uncle, why is he calling this early in the morning " Hello"

"Sorry Bella did I wake you up " he asked from the other line

"No not really "I replied

"Okay but I apologize if I did "

"No worries I was actually awake when you called, I was just lazy to get up " I said

"Okay, I called to check up on you guys.

"We are fine uncle "I replied

"Were you guys able to get the position "he asked

"We don't know for now but I hope so " I said

"Hey Bella, you need to take things easy everything is going to be alright "

"I hope so "I said in a small voice

"Now let me leave you so you can go back to sleep, talk to you later and take care of yourself and your sister "

"Okay I will, take care "I said before ending the call. Why do I feel so lazy this morning, I need to go and take my bath, I thought to myself before heading straight to the bathroom, it took me few minutes and I was out, i took my dress out of the wardrobe and was about drying my hair when I heard a knock at my door.

The first thing I did after freshen up this morning was to check on Bella at least tell her how everything went but this is going to be a little embarrassing. I knocked,and for seconds there was no respond. I was about knocking again when the door open but what i saw left my mouth open. The Bella in front of me had only a small towel wrapped around her body. Her hair was wet and she was looking so.........

"Ken, ken!, hello "I saw Bella waving her hand and that brought me out of my thinking.

"Ken are you okay, why are you staring at me like you saw a ghost. "She asked with a confused face.

"I...I am.... I came to check on you but then i..... "I stammered trying to find the right word to use why Bella is still staring at me with confusion written all over her face.

"Am sorry I will just see you at breakfast, I will be going now " I said as I quickly left.

I was looking at his back as he went down the hall, what happened did I do something wrong, I asked myself trying to figure what made ken act that way but could not, so I went back inside to get dressed and join everyone for breakfast.

Lisa is still angry at me since yesterday, she has not say a word to me since then. Oh this is so frustrating. I started heading towards the elevator, just before the door could close Lisa joined me.

"Good morning Lisa "I greeted but there was no response.

"Hey am really sorry for yesterday I promise to zip my mouth next time so please don't be mad at me "I said but she was completely ignoring me.

"Lisa please look at me " I said turning her around since she now has her back on me but to my surprise she was laughing when I turned her around.

"Oh mark you should have seen your face is a good thing I came with a camera, you look like a puppy begging it owner for food" she said still laughing

"I don't understand, I thought you were mad at me and here you are telling me how pitiful I look" I said with my lips pointed and my face frowned.

"Oh so sorry mark but I tricked you and let me tell you I got it on tape and am going to uploaded it "she said showing me the camera she was hiding.

"Lisa give me that "I said but before I could reach for it the elevator opened and she ran off.

"Catch me if you can " she said

When I came down I saw ken but he look like he was in a deep thought because he did not even notice me sitting beside him.

"Hey are you okay " I said slightly touching his arm but he removed it.

"Am fine Bella is nothing "he said giving a small smile that did not reach his beautiful brown eyes.

"Bella stop staring at me like that okay am fine seriously" he said before fixing his eyes on mine for some seconds and then he look away.

"By the way where is mark and Lisa" I asked

"I don't know I have not seen......." He paused and was looking at something behind me .

"Is that not Lisa running towards us" he said pointing behind me. Then I turned to see Lisa running towards us with nobody chasing her.

"Lisa, what happened, why are you running, who is chasing you "I asked all three question at a time, then we saw mark running towards us too, ken and I exchanged glance .

"Lisa say something"I said because she was still trying to catch her breath because of the run "Sis, I sent you a video please watch it I have finally figured what we can use to make mark to shut up sometimes "she said as she started laughing at mark who was now trying to stop me from watching the video.

"Touch my phone and I will break your hand " I said as he paused his movement of reaching out for my phone.

Then I played the video and only look at Lisa for a while before passing my phone to ken who was curiously looking at me.

"Seriously, you think this is going to stop him from talking" I asked Lisa who was till dragging the camera with mark.

"Yes, right ken?" Lisa said looking at ken for answer

"It might"ken replied

"Why are you people taking about me like am not here while am standing right in front of you "mark said with an annoyed voice.

"That's a enough Lisa give me the camera, so can we eat our food now"I asked as everybody got seated and begin to eat.

After our breakfast we all get ready for our last interview at Mr Michael's house.

"Ken you never told us how your date went "Lisa asked and ken sighed before narrating everything that happened, Lisa could not stop laughing but mark who was driving was so quiet, we all decided to go with one car but mark is way too quiet I guess am used to his loud mouth.

"Lisa I think you need to apologize to him "I said

"I know maybe I went too far, I will talk to him after the interview "she said.

When we arrived I was really impressed with his environment, I was carried away with the beauty of the place When I bombed into something or someone.

"Oh am so sorry, please pardon me I was carried away " I said helping the poor woman up and then she lifted her face, that blues eye, that face that I waited for so long, that face I never wish to see ever again.
