The Awaited Trip

After several hours, School was over. Liam and his "travel buddies" met up and walked down the sidewalk viewing the coffee shop from before seeing the ambulance was gone, Yet the cops still there. Liam didn't want to bother them, Grabbing Kyle's and Karla's hands. He ran off with them turning back and smiling at them, They all laughed happily reaching the park. Once they got there, Liam, Kyle and Karla wondered through together till, a girl with black hair, tan skin and dark brown eyes walked up and said "Hey Karla, Liam and um...Kyle, Right?" Kyle nervously stared at his shoes as he mumbled "Hey..Yeah I'm Kyle.." Liam noticed how nervous he was so being stuck at square one he let his fingers intertwine with Kyle's, Speaking up "Hey Madison! How've you been with Jayden" Karla just waved and looked upset slightly by the mention of her name "I've been good but, We broke up cause she was only caring about her Basketball games and winning against Karla.." Madison grumbled, She shook it off though. She looked over at the icecream cart and made eye contact with Karla and asked "Wanna get some Ice cream?" Karla looked up and smiled answering "Sure I could go for some ice cream, Want any Kyle and Liam?" Liam looked at Kyle and suddenly there was a echo in his head saying "Strawberry vanilla swirl" so Liam used that answer for him and Kyle "Uhm, Liam? How did you know I like those flavors?" Kyle asked amazed. "Oh I just had a feeling." Liam answered. They both looked down at their hands that were still intertwined with each other. Kyle looked away blushing, Yet he still held his hand as Karla came back with there ice creams and said excitedly "Madison asked me to hang out with her for a little!" Liam was happy for Karla and overwhelmed by the thought of being alone with Kyle, Even though they just met, Kyle made him feel a little different. Liam finally replied "Go for it! You have wanted to hang out with her for a long time now." Kyle nodded in approvement of her hanging with Madison. When Karla and Madison walked together, Liam noticed it was getting dark. Kyle looked at Liam and asked "Do you wanna go to my house for the night, My parents won't be home till Monday so we can hangout on the weekend" Liam was happy, He didn't know why though but he replied "Sure my grandma is visiting my aunt for the weekends, So I'm free to go" Suddenly they both looked up at the stars amazed by the sunset, The park made it even better though, They felt so peaceful as they continued to walk to Kyle's house.
