ONCE AGAIN...

There was a cough and an old man fell to his knees and dropped all the gold ore he was carrying on his back.

He yelled when he was zapped with electricity continuously then fell on his hands as the enlightened woman yelled,"Back to work!"

Then a whip made out of electricity formed in her hand and she hit him in the back, singeing his skin.

He yelled in pain then there was a splash and the woman was sent flying into the cave wall.

He looked back to see the place wet and a young girl, about seventeen of age then she propped him on her shoulder and said,"Come on sir, I'll take you to safety."

He was shivering as he asked,"But you're enlightened, right?"

She smiled then said,"Only if you want me to be."

Several different lights were blasted at her but she stomped on the floor and a wall of ice formed to protect her from all their lights then the ice spread in the form of blunt blocks which hit them and blocked their way.

There was an explosion but the man was teleported to safety where he saw all the miners, those people who thought all hope was gone, most of them couldn't even stand straight anymore.

But the children healed them all, then the old man, after he felt as fit as a fifteen year old, asked,"Who are you people?"

"We are the resistance to Lilith's tyranny, we are the hope of the hopeless, we are the Lights in the dark."

He looked back only to be frightened by the man's appearance.

It looked like most of his body was metal, but he seemed alive as he apologized then said,"I wouldn't hurt you, my name is Apollo."

They all repeated his name and said,"We thought Lilith killed you."

"So did I..."He said,"...till my team rescued me, now quick, we have to get to safety before someone finds us."

The people followed him down the Mountain Kilimanjaro from their gold and Tanzanite mining.

Apollo and his team teleported the people to their safe haven in Antarctica, which was actually more like a giant Igloo with normal plants, animals and people within it, living safely, and freely.

The people were all confused as to why enlightened people, with multiple lights, will help insignificant beings like them, but when asked, Apollo answered,"You're just as insignificant as myself, Lilith, and every enlightened person, just because you were a slave doesn't mean you are no more human."

The people felt safe under his protection, till the onslaught.

Lilith's agent; Anneliese, came and destroyed the whole place and killed most of the people, taking only the strongest ones and the resistance with her, they didn't stand a chance and had no idea how she found them, till they remembered her super weapon; Alex.

Alexa was running then looked back and bumped into a wall and fell backwards, then realized...that wasn't a wall, it was Curtis.

He grinned at her with lust in his eyes then walked towards her.

She scampered backwards while saying,"Curtis, please I know you're in there, it's me Alexa...your wife, come back to me, please!"

She screamed as he pinned her down on the spot and was about to rape her when he yelled in pain as she smashed a vase on his head.

He fell over her, unconscious and she screamed then looked at him with tears in her eyes, it was happening again, she was hurting someone so precious to her.

She couldn't leave him, she just hugged him and cried there, then someone walked to her then yelled,"Hey! You!"

She looked at her then back at Curtis then said,"Just kill me, before I kill the love of my life."

Lilith walked closer to her then knelt down besides her and said,"I'm here to help."

She then healed Curtis's bleeding forehead then his eyes fluttered open, without a glow.

He shook his head then groaned and asked what happened, Alexa just hugged him with tears pouring down her cheeks.

He looked at Lilith, confused then asked,"Lily, what are you doing here?"

Lilith then said,"The kids brought us here to help."

"Us?"Curtis asked.

"Lily?"Alexa asked.

Lilith said,"It's a long story, but I'll fill you in on the way, we have to leave."

They followed her in the forms of guards as she shape shifted the three of them and Alexa wasn't comfortable being a guy, but that was Lilith's only choice as she had to change them only into the guards she had beat up, but there was no way she was becoming a man.

Lilith, or Lily, as she preferred to be called, was from another dimension and had taken care of Alek, Jessica and Catherine, the only children in our family who were free of Alex's control, for all this time and had come to help.

Curtis could tell her identity because he was a Teleporter, Chromosapiens could do that too, but not Real Deals, Alphas, or any other enlightened person, it was like their sixth sense.

She then stopped and waited as three guards passed by then saw them and ran to them.

They then said,"Lilith is in her chambers, and Alex is besides her."

"Thank you, Manolo."Lily said and kissed his cheek.

Those were the three guards she beat up before healing, of course she could do the last part before the first but they put up a fight...and it was a little fun.

Lily knew Alex already knew something was wrong as at least four of his minds were free, and would alert Lilith, and that was the plan.

Apollo was in his cell, sitting quietly while his partners complained.

Blair rose asked why he was so silent then he chuckled and said,"Lilith doesn't care who she kills, or how many, why should it matter if I killed her?"

"What are you saying boss?"Cyclops asked.

He placed his hand on the door then a dim blue light shone and the door opened then he asked,"Do you think you can take me back in time?"
