Returning to the castle- Part One
When Sebastian opened his eyes again, it was nearly dawn, and he pushed himself from the ground, making his way to a small pond he had spotted on his way into the forest. He cupped his hand in the pond and splashed water on his face, washing off the dried bloodstains.
He stared at his reflection in the water, finding his veins missing and his fangs shortened back into his mouth. Raising his face once more, he stood up straight and walked back to the inn following the woods path.
"Your Majesty," the coachman standing in front of the golden eight-horses-drawn carriage bowed when Sebastian appeared in front of the inn. There were two other horses with two knights poised beside it, and they all greeted the King.
Sebastian only nodded and made his way past the door, ignoring the onlookers that had gathered around the royal carriage. The humans were surprised to know this was the rumored Vampire King.
