'This must be a dream.' Iris tried to convince herself. If she wasn't dead, then perhaps she was dreaming, for there was no way she could witness the encounters between the young goddess Melinoia and the God of the Underworld.

It didn't make sense to her why she saw these events, as she didn't think she had anything to do with them. Iris felt like she was invading their privacy, witnessing how their companionship turned into a passionate romance. Iris had long realized that no matter how hard she tried to leave Melinoia, she was being blocked by an unseen force.

One night, Melinoia who didn't usually dwell outside the small manor on the clearing where she lived, mustered all the courage she had to meet Hel in their usual meeting place. The full moon peered from above, its slightly golden hue casting an eerie mood in the field where she frequently spent her time with her maids in waiting.
