Lisa's P.O.V
I stormed back home, seething with anger. "I'm telling you, recca, the next time I see that fool, I'm going to lose it,". I said, pacing back and forth.
"It's ok, Lisa," recca replied, rolling her eyes. "You already gave him an earful."
"But can you believe he threatened me?" I exclaimed as my sister came downstairs.
"What's up? Rachael asked, noticing the tension in the room as recca filled her in. "Maybe it was a bad idea sending you two to get groceries for me," she admitted.
"No, it wasn't because Lisa had to confront some rich guy," recca explained, unpacking the groceries and grabbing an apple.
"Again, Lisa? You can't keep getting into fights with wealthy people just because they're rich. I know you hate them, but you don't have to go looking for trouble," Rachel admonished.
"Please talk some sense into her. I don't want to be kidnapped in the future," recca added, looking concerned.
"What do you mean, I go looking for trouble? And how do you mean you don't want to be kidnapped in the future? I asked, mocking her.
"Oh! Just leave it," Recca retorted
Inigo's P.O.V
I pulled my car into the garage and made my way into the house. As I approached the pool area, I saw my dad and older brother engaged in a conversation.
"Hey, buddy. What's up?" Diego gestured for me to come closer, and I obliged.
"Inigo, what happened to the car?" My old man asked, and I couldn't help but roll my eyes. I've always had a strained relationship with my dad, and the feeling seems to be mutual.
"It's my car, old man, so let me deal with it," I replied curtly as he rolled his eyes.
"Would you mind telling me what happened to the car?" Diego inquired.
"It was a poor wretched girl who scratched my car because I splashed muddy water on her," I explained
"Did you apologize to her?" he asked. I scoffed.
"Bro, you know that I, Inigo sunsedo, don't apologize," I boasted proudly.
"And that's what's going to get you into trouble. You're so insensitive and dependent on my money that you act like you own the whole world. Can't you just be more like your brother?" my dad chimed in.
"Look, I didn't ask for your advice, so keep it to yourself," I retorted angrily.
"The only reason I still put up with you and pay attention to your nonsense is because of your mother, who is no longer with us," he added.
"Don't you dare involve my mother in our fights, Simeon sunsedo," I shot back.
"Guys, can you please stop fighting?" Diego intervened.
"Talk to your brother, help him be more responsible," he said to my brother walking away. I followed suit and walked away too
