Prolonged Battle
Team A began to perform their spells together as they had been ordered.
Their hands moved along with their chants as their Life Energy left their bodies to form a screen that was made up of their coordinated spell.
The frog-like Evil Spirit leaped up into the air towards them after closing the distance.
It whipped out its long tongue towards one of them with the intent of harming or capturing them.
Just as it was about to hit, a wall of energy formed to block it.
Its tongue retreated into its mouth and a vengeful look appeared on its face as it landed.
It hopped forward again without delay as those on the front lines kept maintaining the formation and the Life Energy walls around them.
Sloane was anxious to take action but he had received no orders to attack yet.
Everything so far was to fight a defensive battle against the Evil Spirit and no orders were given to others to prepare an attack.
