Chapter 35 – At the end of the weekends (part 01)  

The dojo they were on was completely painted red with the blood spilled during the fight. It was all of Chisaka's blood since Kai negate the actions done his blood was not spilled but that doesn't mean he took light damages, the damage dealt and taken was equal for both.

"Fufufu….. It seems we both know who will win this duel." Said Chisaka with a calm face but with enthusiasm. 

"Yeah we sure do, old man." Said Kai with an enthusiasm.

"Old man? Hahaha…. That is your trump card then?" said Chisaka letting out a huge laugh. 

"If you plan on winning with that, then I should inform you I have no mean to counter that, kid." 

"But be on guard kid…. I won't go down without a fight…" said Chisaka with a huge grin.

"Yes…. That I know for sure….." said Kai with a distant look on his face and a light grin.

"Then let's make our dance worthwhile." 

"Damn right, old man."

Kai rushed towards Chisaka who was just standing in-void of any movements through a room completely filled with colorful butterflies. For each and every butterfly that touched kai's body he received the entire cuts and slashes that Chisaka performed during their whole combat as if the fight was recorded into the butterfly. His body blasted and reverted back again and again as he dashed forward. 

"I have to do something about this damned butterflies."

Kai's arm began to smoke and he threw an empty uppercut at the air. The punch knocked itself on the roof and back again to the floor repeating it again and again as if the floor and roof was a drum. Due to that movement butterfly disintegrated. 

"Ooh~ nice thinking." Said Chisaka.

Chisaka spun his blade and brought a horizontal position. The thin black blade from dark matter showed images of buildings and flower gardens changing back and forth. He swung his blade as a taunt upwards, waves appeared following the movement of blades and those waves had the extended image of the image projected on the blade. It was as if Draven's powers. 

As Kai neared the blade, his body subconscious informed him to keep away from the blade. Kai took his leg on front and brought it back and crouched whilst keeping a hand on the ground, he took a stance ready to dash. He face began to oscillate and he launched at an alarming speed. He began to ricochet at random whilst landing kicks and punches at Chisaka. Kai's skin began to peel exposing his muscle due to the speed he was moving at. 

Kai sneaked up from behind aiming to punch a hole through his chest but as he reached Chisaka, his blades spun to Kai's face. He ducked it and tripped on the floor and bounced away from Chisaka. He slowly stood up as his torn skin began to heal. 

"Looks like you can't stop time." 

"No, I could but... got sealed due to that woman." 

"Ah~ you mean Min."

"…."

Both Kai and Chisaka dashed towards each. Chisaka performed an inward diagonal cut whilst Kai dodged it with a back roll and swiped twice using his both legs one after the other. Evading it Chisaka brought down his blade at Kai's head, kai dodged it by rolling back and hand standing mid-way on a kip up. After the sword was brought down and him evading it, he continued his kip up and spun for a roundhouse spin kick which Chisaka evaded by pushing it with his fore arm. Kai grabbed Chisaka's collar and locked his weapon-arm and kicked using his knees twice at his abdomen. Chisaka blocked and received both the knee kicks using his palm and performed a back roll releasing his arm and throwing Kai overhead.

Without giving a break, Chisaka plunged forward and performed repetitive slashes at Kai. Starting from upwards slash, diagonal inward slash, two horizontal slash from left to right and right to left, diagonal outward slash, plunge, upward slash and ended the series of slashes with an inward diagonal slash. Kai could not parry or block the series of attacks thrown at him as soon as he stood up, he just kept walking backward and finally got cornered once he reached the walls of the dojo. The last inward diagonal slash cut his chest.

Cut was deep enough to even damage his lung, but not a single drop of blood hit the floor. The cut's width was about from his neck to his abdomen but not a single interior body part spilled. 

The buildings painted on Chisaka's sword appeared inside the cut he received.  Before he could reverse time, Chisaka spun his blade pointing it to the ground. Followed a chime sound his action. As soon as the chime sound resonated, the building inside Kai's body expanded through his body ripping him in half forming a city out of Kai's body. 

"Hmmm…. That's what I thought."

Said Chisaka rubbing his own chin looking at Kai as whole standing in front of him. They both stood on the side window of a random building defying gravity, it was a night time. The dojo was changed to a city and the city was just another reality off the truer one, since there were not a single soul present except these two.

"The time…. It protects you…."

"…..just like reality protect me even when I am unconscious or truly dead."

"You are a Raw-Concept user"

"Hmmm…. But it truly is rare to see one from Les élus."

Said Chisaka as he walked couple of steps forward. His aura clearing stated that he was harmless at the moment. He completely let his guard down.

Raw-Concept users – potential users who use abstract ideas like time, reality or space. 

"Fufufu…."

With a light chuckle following Chisaka, Kai let down his guard as he stood with a single arm in his pocket. 

"So if you can manipulate Reality….. You could seal my powers and stop the inevitable."

"What's the big idea?"

"Ē... Anata wa shiranai yōdesu."

"I'm a Guds Vilje and you're a les élus….. Your blood is superior to mine…. I can't use my power involving you in it. Only can use involving the surroundings around you."

Explained Chisaka as he stood with an expressionless face.

"You are the 'Worst matchup' for me."

The Worst matchup

for every raw concept users in Guds Vilje there is one who could over power them in Les élus to maintain the balance. Since the occurrence of true worst matchup is rare, this term is used for the duel in which the outcome of the battle is clear or already laid in.
